We have been taking our lab Rottweiler mix here for grooming the past year. I love being able to make an appointment online quickly and the text updates. I suggest always making an appointment versus walking in. There was a time I needed just a nail clipping for her and was unable to do it by just walking in because there wasn't enough groomers. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. I'm never surprised by the pricing because they make sure to tell you beforehand. If you go so many times you can even earn a free grooming session via email. I prefer to do weekday mornings since that seems to be a lot quicker and less busy versus a weekend. To have my dog get a bath, nails clipped and teeth cleaned it's usually an hour sometimes a few minutes less or more. Definitely recommend the Fridley Petco.

Very nice staff! I've been going to this site for a while now (2 years) and I've never had a bad or unpleasant experience. Staff is always nice and helpful when needed! One staff member (sam) is VERY sweet and I see her almost every time I go in!

On Saturday i went to take Bryson Jax to his grooming appointment at the Fridley, Petco. I get there and the first mistake is asking me for his pet records. The reason why i say it's a mistake is because he they did all of his shots there. At that location‼ and they just emailed me the day before letting me know his next one needs to be before 6/3. So why ain't yall records together??? The 2nd mistake‼ They have my puppy labeled as aggressive in their system "because when other dogs are around he gets too excited". Ummm duh he's a puppy‼ but excited and aggressive are very much two different things. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn't feel comfortable however, she will groom his private area. Which took all of one minutes and he didn't give her not one problem. I couldn't even take ten steps to the register to pay for the service before she was done. (MAAM IF YOU DIDNT WANT GROOM MY PUPPY I WOULD HAVE RATHER YOU SAY THAT). I told my friends and family this and they all busted out laughing because everybody know he's not an aggressive at all. He wants all the rubs n treats in the world.

I had an appointment today and was asked to bring proof of rabies vaccine, which I did. I had a note from my vet indicating my dog’s vaccinations and when they were next due. That wasn’t good enough for them. The Petco employee accused me of forging the document. I was so insulted Petco will never ever get my business again!

I used to use MH for grooming, she is out for personal reasons.My wife and I was told kKristina can do it and has more than 20 yrs of experience with large dogsShe shaved him down ... which I understood do to him having being matted , did not clean his ears, did not cut his nails, gave him shaver burns all over. Only took 1 1/2 until I got the call to pick him up....since she could not handle him but she did told me she work with much larger dog than mine.Poor customer service, Kristina should be fired.

Jasmine always does a great job with my Samson. She knows my dog and my Samson is comfortable with her which means alot to me. Thank You Jasmine for what you do for Samson and hope you got the tip I left for you.

I brought my dog Dylan in and had a groomer and I say groomer barely because he was not he was unskilled at everything , let's start off with his fake name STAYCOOL really that's the mistake of them hiring that , I've been growing my baby boy hair since he was 3 year's young and this punk shaved alllll my baby boy hair completely off

I had never brought my anxious rescue dog in for a nail trim before and we were both so nervous about it! Alondra and Jasmine (sorry if I got anybody’s name wrong) were both so kind, and my pup was back out and smiling in five minutes. What a relief for both of us!
