The customer service at this location is ALWAYS 10/10
The store is neat and clean. The employees always have good vibes and I feel like they care about me as a customer. I like buying bones for my dogs here and they smell good and look fresh. I purchased the same kind of bones at Petco and when I opened the packaging the bones smelled funny and looked old somehow. I find everything I need for my 5 pets here and I can be confident that the quality is always to their standards.

I love pet supplies plus and this store has always had all the items I need in stock and often on sale. I recently switched over to their brand, OptimPlus, and my dogs who are sensitive, have allergies, and are picky have done awesome on their brand! Associates are always friendly and helpful, and their delivery is prompt. My favorite pet store and I’ve been to quite a few.

Staff were awesome in helping me find supplies & needs for my new puppy. I adopted a rescue puppy & he was so nervous, excited & just wanted to run away from me. It had been a very busy day for the little guy. Parker was awesome & took care of my pup while I gathered the things I needed to take Boomer home. Thanks everyone

Visited on 4/2/2024. Was greeted by John and was asked by Little Zack if I found what I needed and if I needed help putting my dog food in the cart and that he would help me bring it to my car. I was in a car accident and it's was nice he asked and I didn't have to go look for help. I noticed how helpful both of them were to all the customers. I also noticed how well they worked together and got along. When Little Zach was checking me out John came over to lift the dog food to be scanned and see if we needed any other help. These two are friendly and make customers want to come back. They are professional, know about the products when I asked questions and where everything is. The store is also very clean. These are the kind of employees that employers dream of. Thanks again Zach for noticing me struggle and helping. Not to say John wouldn't have but he was busy helping another customer. These two deserve a raise. A++ I always have a good experience when shopping here but today was exceptional.Edit: I pretty much go every Sunday to the Fridley store and have to say it's always great employees like Little Zack and John. I don't even like to shop but I don't mind going to shop at the Fridley store. Great employees and great prices. They all should get a raise!!! Lol. It is always a great experience. Keep up the good work!
