I do understand that the machine was down for my background check! But my complaint would be unfriendly staff and not helpful they should have helped research different locations and helped me reschedule and apt instead of telling me to go away and do not go to this location!

Went for a Pre-employment drug screening for a new company.Had pleasant experience, staff were very nice.They were expecting me, had a short wait in large lobby w/ decent music, pleasant conversation w/ the tech lady & quick service.Also, they offer a few other services that was not expecting. Like TWIC, TSA, Ect. that I inquired about. Seemed to have pretty fair prices also.

Nice staff, relatively clean waiting room. The suite numbers were totally jumbled so it was an adventure to locate.
