I usually do our taxes myself but we had a more complicated situation this year so I opted to use this location to help. Ana was extremely helpful, communicative, professional, and friendly, and helped us get our maximum refund. Highly recommended!

There was fraud on my card so they cancelled it. I’ve been on the phone TRYING to get a temporary card so I have access to my money while I wait their 2wk waiting period to get a new card for over a week and they still can’t do it. I’ve gone into the locations and tried and their “system won’t allow them” so if you want access to your own money, don’t use their emerald card. In fact just go somewhere else as they are rude and don’t care about their customers at all.

Wow!! Spoke to Vicki yesterday, dropped off my tax docs this morning, My return is ready for same-day review and signing. Scheduled it for next week! I was expecting overcrowded waiting room with anxious employees. It wasn't at all like that. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Toni, our tax preparer, was calm, friendly, and very helpful. Even though I forgot to bring my checkbook, she arranged with my bank for direct deposit. Although we hadn't received our statements, she was able to find them online, and apply for our property tax refund.
