“This is an exceptional store for both retail and customer service. I accidentally forgot items on my cart when loading it into the car, so I went back the next day and both the customer service folks and the store manager was kind enough to help resolve those. The staffs here are truly amazing.”
“Overall a great, conveniently located hardware store located in Brooklyn Park of of 81. Staff is usually pretty helpful, though tends to be a wait when checking out, could use more cashiers. Selection of products range from building materials and tools, housewear items, clothing, pet food and toys, patio furniture, grills, food. One thing I personally dislike about menards is the lumber yard, items in this area tend to be pretty dirty and weathered from being outside, though this is not unique to this location. Atleast In the plumbing department many items tend to regularly be out of stock. Last purchased and large safe here and am extremely happy with the purchase though do tend to frequent regularly.”

“I recently purchased several end tables from Reuse. The tables were dated and that is exactly what I was looking for. They were in great condition, and very affordable. The store is easy to browse in, very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. I will shop there again when more selection of sofa's arrive. I only wish Reuse had their own delivery service. Great store!”
“I am SO thrilled with my experience from today in the store! Rob stopped to ask if I needed help with anything, and after I told him I own a cleaning cleaning company he directed me to a killer deal on Zepp antibacterial cleaner. He even helped me load up several shopping carts and bring them out to my car! I am SO excited and had he not took the time to ask me a couple questions, I would have never known about it!”

“I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful when I ask for assistance on an at home project. This is especially true at the pro desk! I go to this Home Depot on a very regular basis, and I can say I have gotten quality help in many departments, (I.e lawn & garden, paint, plumbing, and millwork. Just to name this years experiences) I highly recommend the people working at this store. The one down side is that it is smaller then some of the other Metro area stores, so the stock can be slightly limited.”
“Stopped at Home Depot Tuesday looking for wooden shelving. Had awesome help from one Home Depot employee selecting plywood, another fella cutting good to dimensions needed and a third employee who brought plywood sections to our car and loaded into our trunck! “I have to give high praise to Ed in hardware at Blaine. My cabinet door fell off its hinges and you don't carry that same hinge (no surprise. It's unique to the door). Ed explained how I could try to fix it with what I have.Came home and the cabinet door went back on in a couple of minutes.Ed saved my Thanksgiving!”

“Friendly staff, renting a box truck was easy. Highly suggest taking own pictures as I was handed and told to sign the inspection paper before the associate even went out to fill out, glad we went with damage protection to cover our ? , arrived and noticed inside was a pallet and a box with plastic from previous renters who knows how many before us. Overall easy and the guy was quick and asked if I knew how the deposit and rental worked. Don’t remember his name but it was around noon on the 16th, give him the recognition!”
