Every time i attempt to go to this store i can see an employee inside (right now its 12:45am) and there is a note on the doir saying the store is closed due to lack of staff. If you dont have staff then change the hours and close the store. It gets really old driving Here thinking it is gonna be open because it says online that they’re open to find out that they are actually closed

Car wash is randomly closed for no reason. Was 27 degrees.
2 years later, car wash is still closed every time middle of summer. Waste of time coming here.

They removed their air pump. Said it’s not working… then they point you over to speedway. Pull up and there’s a card reader. Ha! Nice try… Food is never stocked. Staff is rude and unorganized. Specifically a white lady behind the counter in her 30’s. She messed up multiple things at the counter, causing a line to build up. I told her “no worries” and she snapped at me. Told me “can you just wait one second” in a pretty rude tone. Then she let me keep my 25¢, I flashed her a dollar, basically saying I’ll pay for it and she shoo’d me away saying “can YOU JUST…” multiple people were having problems at the pump which was probably caused by her. Despite the Assistant Manage being visibly frustrated, he kept it calm and handled it very well and professionally. This place kinda sucks

The staff were rude, had a car wash then the blower,dyer died ,inform the cashier but did not issue a refund, it's just how they treat the customers are aweful..

Ridiculous. Every single pump was out of service.Should've known better than to waste my time with Holiday.They're a disappointing brand.

Overnight staff is rude and lazy. They get argumentative with customers, overhead two of them talking about how they should just "shut the store down and leave." In front of customers. They really need to reevaluate who they hire.

I love coming here in the morning for coffee because I love listening to the older woman and the counter people yell back and forth to each other. Not an elevated voice…a yell. This store is ghetto and this area is ghetto.
