The DB's go to weights unseen in other gyms. I think I saw a pair of 2-hundo's there the other day and hope I will get to meet them someday. MetroFlex Gym is the best Gym in the North Metro and perhaps the Twin Cities. Old school machines mixed with new machines. All its missing is blood on the mirrors and puke stench coming from the trash can from squatting, deadlifting, and training yourself into delirium or what we call the GROWING REPS, the reps that count. This would be the gym where Arnold and all his old school bodybuilders would train at. The gym is beyond reasonably priced and you wont be bothered by people when you train here as they all seem to have their own agenda and dreams they are pursuing.”
