I have had a lot of work done on my car there. When I say a lot I mean thousands of dollars done there. I have had my oil changed there many times too. One time I believe they didn't put enough oil in almost causing my engine to blow and I would have had to pay to get my engine fixed luckily it didn't happen. I ask them not to touch any filters except to change my oil. Every time they touch my cab filter something gets into the fan and I have to go back for them to clean that out. The most recent is the final straw that I won't go back. I needed my defrost fixed. I took it in last Monday and they had to order the parts. Which is understandable so I had to bring it in yesterday to get fixed. I was told last Monday it would be a 6 hour job and I would have my car back same day. I got told yesterday they couldn't guarantee it would be finished. Never got a call from the service writer I had to call left a message and never got a call back. They also made me feel like I was a young dumb blonde lady and I am not. I call my dad to run everything by him first before doing stuff. I will NEVER go back.

Buyer Beware! I bought a used car on September 14th, I noticed an issue during the test drive. I was told that it was a wheel bearing (turned out to be 2), and that they would repair it after purchase. The "repair" was done on September 19th. On September 22nd, the car overheated. I was on Central Ave, so I drove straight to Friendly Chev. I parked and walked into the service area. I spoke to a woman there who was definitely not friendly. I explained the issue, and said that I knew that the car was sold as is, but I only bought the car 8 days ago! She told me that someone could check the coolant level, so I drive into the bay. A man checked said that it had a leak and that it was very low. I asked the woman if they could add coolant, she looked surprised that I even asked. A man filled it, and also added wiper fluid because that was empty, which shows that car fluids aren't checked prior to sale. Luckily, this was an easy fix with a bottle of sealant. Several days ago, the wheel bearing noise came back, even louder, so I made an appt with a trusted mechanic, so I'll feel safe driving the car. Tonight the engine light came on. I have driven the car a total of 376 miles since purchase. I have been driving for over 40 years; I have never before bought a used car that needed repairs almost immediately after driving it off the lot.

I have a 2022 trailblazer 4068 miles on it It broke down needing a part they said we can't get or have the part in GM inventory could be months They continue to say they will call me they don't When I bought the car I was told the gas tank would be filled it wasn't Bring it back for weather proofing have your tank close to empty we'll fill it they didn't Salesman EJ put on my license plates with a electric drill 3 times in 7 months the rear plate fell off Had to go to the DMV each time to replace $36 each time no compensation Tired of their not my problem attitude

Natalie was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. One of my complaints was that my car got loud all of a sudden. I was wondering if there was a hole somewhere in the chassis. She thought maybe it was a wheel bearing - which it was - and didn’t make me feel like an idiot for not knowing that in the first place. I’ve always been happy with the service at Friendly Chev and will gladly continue to recommend you.

I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt in early 2021, and a month later my partner purchased the same vehicle from the same dealership. We weren't the happiest after completing our purchase as we were told they would be getting a charger placed for electric cars, then since had it removed after it was installed and has no plans of reinstalling another one. More recently we have been trying to get a hold of someone in the service department to schedule an issue with our cars heating/cooling system and after calling 4 times and speaking to someone who stated we would get a call back, we still have yet to be able to schedule ours service. Worst dealership we have ever gone to. They do whatever they can to make a sale, but seems like they work harder to get out of helping you after you have already purchased a vehicle.

Davey Ackert at Friendly Chevrolet was absolutely wonderful to work with, and it was such a smooth experience ordering a new car for the first time. Friendly Chevrolet was always on top of giving us updates throughout the order/build process, and we were never treated like just another sale; we felt like valued customers. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, living up to the dealership's name! Another shout-out to Davey in particular -- We felt completely confident in our purchase and choice of vehicle/vehicle options after working with him, and would 10/10 recommend.

I do not recommend working with Friendly Chevrolet. At the beginning of the week, I had a deal lined up, and had an appointment set to come in on Saturday morning to sign off on the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Ten minutes before the dealership closed on Friday night, they sent me an email saying “sorry, the vehicle sold. Come in and let’s look at other options”. They didn’t even take the time to give me a phone call, just shot me a quick email - unbelievable. Myself + my family have bought 4-5 cars from them over the past fews years, but apparently taking a quick sale and screwing over a repeat customer when you have a deal lined up is the way to go. Safe to say that I will not be coming back to Friendly Chevrolet anymore, and will be bringing our business elsewhere.

The gentleman who took my vehicle information and assisted throughout my time while getting my oil changed and past visits, is so genuine and polite! He is ALWAYS there to help and had the best customer service! Nice job!

It was great working with Rob (as well as everyone else involved). All of my questions, whether about my new car, my trade-in, or the financing, we’re answered thoroughly. I came there remembering the great experience my daughter had at Friendly Chev back in 2017 and I was thrilled to see that the same great service still exists there today.

Matt Klisch did a fantastic job at getting me into a new trailblazer after the truck I bought from friendly 2 years ago blew its transmission. While I'm sad that I no longer have a truck, I give huge respect to Matt for helping me navigate a terrible situation and making my payments relatively affordable. Even though Matt may not technically be in sales anymore, it was awesome to see him take charge head on at my issue. His customer service skills are unmatched. Thank you, Matt!

Friendly Chevrolet lives up to their name! Our salesman Davey was not "pushy" but helped us make our decision by being very informative and knowledgeable about any questions we had. If he wasn't sure about something he would find the answer. We will definitely be going back here for any future purchases!

Purchased a seemingly beautiful Yukon back in June. The vehicle has been a money pit since I purchased it. 35 days after getting the vehicle the AC went out (2000). Tires were low on test drive. They filled them and seemed ok. Nope found out 2of the 4 rims were cracked (1500). Called before the 30 day exchange left a message No one called back and could not get ahold of anyone at the dealership that could actually help me. They did not even call back. Avoid your local Friendly Chevrolet scammers. Usually have good luck at dealerships but it appears they were intentionally misleading. In my experience they are ok selling a bad product. DO NOT look for a vehicle here.

I brought my Silverado in for the Summer Special. Oil change tire rotation and multipoint inspection.The service crew did not know about the special, I had to show it to them on the website. I never received any feedback on how the vehicle did with the inspection. Air filters, brakes, fluids, etc. No info on any of them. Were the even done? I asked about the condition but d the brakes and no one could tell me.Disappointing.
