The woman locked the door and left a note stating that she would be back in 5 minutes. We waited outside for about 10 minutes watching her sweep the floor and walk around ignoring us. Then she said they would be closing in 10 minutes when they were supposed to be closing in 30 minutes. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be going back.

Avoid like the plague I just purchased a male toy from here and just opened it in the car to have a look and it is a clearly used product immediately went back in the store where the clerk even said yea that looks used but refused to exchange or refund and her attitude was disgusting. Yea I get it can’t return things like this but it was literally in the span of 3 mins from leaving the store to going back in can not believe how rude she was after selling me a used product I do not recommend this place at all avoid at all costs I will be reporting them

The store was organized and very clean. The staff was kind, she let us walk around and when I did have a question she was more than happy to help me out. Wish you would do parties again I would love to have some lady friends go to the store and learn more about the products you have available.

I gave two stars simply because of the service. The store is clean but not a large selection. The entire time I was in the store the only attendant did not even say hello. And she was on a video call with a friend or family member. there was gentleman that was asking her for assistance with lube and she had absolutely no answers for him. simply said " I'm naturally wet". Completely unprofessional

I normally have a fine time at this store, but tonight there was a gentlemen working who was very rude on multiple occasions. I felt like I couldn't ask questions and honestly his attitude stopped me from buying a pair of shoes. I will come back I just feel like someone needs to talk to the gentleman working and teach him how to deal with customers.

I’ve always been a fan of these stores but the best thing about this location as well as the one in new hope is the lady that works at both stores. Sorry I don’t remember her name but she is so kind and funny and just makes my day whenever I see her.

I stopped in today hoping to find a Christmas gift. I wasn’t greeted at the door, instead screamed at to show my ID. Without even time respond to her rudeness or to even get my ID out, I was yelled at to leave the store. I don’t write reviews for places but I have never been more embarrassed and appalled that I was yelled at in the middle of the store. I will never shop here, I will never recommend anyone to shop here. Incredibly rude and inappropriate!!!

I think the your lady is a bit racist as I walked in the meat guy was walking out and she was on the phone with someone and didn't here me walk in the door and I happened to catch her off guard using all kinds of racist slur Keep your grass cut short folks keep an eye on the snakes in the grass
