I love this Dollar Tree. It's much cleaner than the other ones around town. I also love that it's right across from a Target.I had a hard time finding toothpicks, but it wasn't a dire need so it was alright.

This store is super busy and had some empty shelves. The employees were nice and trying to get things back on the shelves. I prefer to go to a different location that seems cleaner and better stocked.

The manager with tattoos all over her face and the red orange crazy hair should not be a manager. Went in today and she was screaming at an older employee for doing voids on the cash register, then screamed at her to get out, then told her to come back, all while at least 10 people were in line waiting to check out next to her.She clearly does not know how to manage people. How awful, I won’t be coming back. Also, if she was a good manager, the store wouldn’t be trashed every day, she would call someone out to help ring up (there were multiple employees working, only one register open), and she would talk to her employees like they are human. Disgusting person!

The store was poorly stocked and dirty. The staff was friendly, so no problem there. But many items all over the store were out of stock or just not on the shelves and in the craft aisle there was literally a bunch of fake flowers all over the floor.

Poor experience with the opening crew today. Was planning to come in and get out. Instead, store opened at least 5 minutes late and when I went to open the door at 8:17, door was still locked because they had forgotten to unlock it (but let someone through the door for some reason). Associate inside began giving me attitude through the glass as if I didn't know how to open a door. After she found out the door was locked, she apologized profusely, but I was already upset. Open your doors on time and have more patience and maybe you'll have recurring customers. Never going here again. Gave 2 stars because they tried to do damage control.

It's nice that you have bigger bags, but you should teach the cashiers that you don't put food items in the same bag as cleaning products. Wouldn't that be common sense?

This store is a disaster! So many empty shelves for over a week . The associats (Employee) represented the store with great customer service. On a bad note the manager is in her own zone. Not recognizing customers when she is on the sales floor. She doesn't represent good customer service. I think with good training as an assistant manager she might be an asset to your company as a store manager. The district manager needs to be more involved with this store. The Employee s are not happy. Please feel free to contact me through this review.After several months the store is still a mess. Carts and boxes in every other aisle. You are asking for a lawsuit when one of your customers have an accident because of all of the carts and boxes blocking the aisles.

This place is a freaking mess it was supposed to be a model store it was when I was still there we made sure it was cleaned every night even kept the parking lot clean. This is what happens when you put a inexperienced manager in a busy location

The employees were very friendly and the store was well stocked. Although there were a few messy shelves, the store was clean overall, and an employee was upset about the untidiness and was organizing the products neatly. I feel that the Dollar Tree’s new pricing method is a complete ripoff and I don’t shop there often any longer. It makes no sense that the policy is now to charge for items separately that belong together, such as a broom and handle, or shoebox and the lid for it. To me, that makes it apparent that the company is focused solely on profit and no longer interested in offering affordable items to customers.

Lots of things that I like: food, snacks, vitamins.Low prices, too.I was waited on by a nice lady that gave me an open invitation to come back and shop. I certainly will!I rate this Dollar Tree the best in the Metro area. They opened last year. Discover them for yourself!

Asked two people two employees a question and was given very rude nasty bad attitude answers very angry or nasty two women working thier didn't get any help and it's a new store but bad rude employees with huge attitude problems they should be fired for customer abuse I'd skip this location it's rude and lacked the usual sunglasses and flashlights and other items I normally go there for skip it
