I have worked for this company for over a year now. This is the best company I have ever worked for. Dispatch is awesome, the equipment is good and the boss is excellent to work for. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a driving job!

My girlfriend has worked for this company for over three years. They have always treated her with respect, gave her time off when she needed it, made sure she had routes that would allow her to get home to see family and compensated her fairly for her time. I would highly recommend Copeland Trucking as a place to work.

Great place to work I've been here for over 3 years and they definitely keep me moving. They have great equipment and if you have an issue with the truck they are on top of things to get you and truck back on the road again.

We recommend this company for anyone who is serious about doing the miles and getting paid well. We never had to wait for another dispatch because it was always there even before we was done. The entire Copeland staff is great. They like family. The all work together to help us get through our daily responsibilites. Everything is dealt with immediately. Constant miles, great home time. This is the most understanding company I have worked for. Come aboard and find out for yorself. They are great. We came from Alabama to work for Copeland. They paid for transportation, hotel, and gave us an allowance for food. Once we got to Iowa theycontinued to provide what was needed until the day Craig actually started working. They passenger friendly and we have been here since April 2018. Thank you Copeland.

Chris, said i was hired. But 1st he made me go to Minnesota for a day and come back for oreantaion. So I got there and they lost my paper work, they said well sorry now you have to stay down here with nothing I like to add. No food nothing. In short DON'T TRUST THEN I WILL NEVER WORK FOR THEM!!

Got called a drunk and a prie ni@@er by them for being native american. Also got fired. When they fired me they allowed all my stuff in semi truck to be stolen by the employees! New cb, new gps, linuar amp, clothing, a sacred drum, pipestone rock, pens, paper, misc stuff they never let me get! I tried too! They lied to MN Unemployment and said I lost my medical card so they had to let me go. I never did lose the card! I still have it. And I havent drinking any alcohol since 1999! I look "white" but when they saw my Native American feather stickers, my drum and pipe bag they figured it out. So since they lied to MN UI and DAC I have no money to even buy chrismas gifts for my 2 kids (4 and 7). All because we are mostly native american (I am half sami too) There mom is Mandan. I drove for copeland for 6 months. Never got a raise after 3 months like the other employees got. Their trailers are really dangerious due to bad work done by untrained "mechanics". I had a flat in NY state and couldnt get tire fixed untill 3 days later (when a dot officer sujested they fix it or I wasnt leaving truckstop.

I used Copeland Trucking Moving Services when I moved to the Maple Grove area, and I have to say I was impressed. Eric and his crew arrived at 8AM and were done by 11AM, with the fees being reasonable. They were respectful, kind, efficient, and lacked the condescending nature many moving companies have. Overall I had a very good experience and would use their services again.
