“My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!”
“This is a great neighborhood branch! The branch manager is a wonderful man who really cares about his customers and getting them what they need. I come to this branch often and only because I know I will be taken care of. I think the company should look at re-investing some dollars into the branch for upgrades but cannot speak highly enough about the service that I receive.”
