I came into the store a couple days ago, i wasn’t greeted at all and then i felt like i was being watched by a girl named “mya” i got a good look of her name and i asked for help and she would roll her eyes, don't be at a job that you aren’t happy at!!

the girls there seem like they hate their job! all you have to do is keep the store clean and ring customers up!
went up to pay and they just stared back???? the other two girls were on their phones just talking about vacation, they didn’t offer a bag for the items we bought, first time here and no one offered to help! they were just YAPPING in the corner. bad customer service!!

I have had the most unbelievably frustrating experience with Boot Barn.
Currently I am being scammed out of $203.
Here's the order of events. I'm going to refer to Boot Barn as BB here on out.
I buy a pair of work boots from BB online. They don't fit are so tight crush my feet. -$180
I return the boots to BB and get a gift card. +$180
I buy a pair of boots online with the gift card and some more money on top of that with a discount code for a first time club discount. -$203 originally $239.
Those boots don't fit. Too large. Size 13d.
I buy two more pairs of the same boots BB online at full price 12ee and 12d. -$239 for one pair and -$239 for another.
I've now got $681 dollars in boots.
I go back to BB, the store clerk I had couldn't figure out how to price match the 12d to the 13d and return the 12e and 13d for a return of $478(239+239). So I return 3 pairs of boots to BB and buy the 12d back at the $203 price.
I believed I was now back to +$681 from all the returns(emails received said I was). And then -$203 from repurchasing the boots.
Except, I get another email saying I'm only getting $23 back. So I end up getting the $180 gift card back and $23 to my card.
So now I have $203 of my money spent and a $180 gift card I have no use for.
I go back to boot barn again.
I explain the situation. I want to return these boots and get $203 back on my card. Use the gift card I received in the mail for $180 and then spend $23 more on my card. So I return the the boots and rebuy per the above. Couple days later I haven't seen the money return on my card as discussed with the clerk. I look at my return receipt. When that clerk returned the boots he labeled the return as without a receipt. I have all the receipts and I had them with me and I showed them to him. So that's not true. Per the return receipt he gave me I am now seeing I was supposed to receive a gift card for $203 which I didn't receive. So now I have an unaccounted for $203 store credit. I just want my money back on my credit card and I had the receipt to get that back as standard with a return.
Someone from customer service has got to reach out and get this sorted ASAP. I am so tired of driving 1 hours back and forth to BB to sort this out.
