Store is very small and not much in stock for clothing. Especially FR. Absolutely no female FR in the store. Dressing rooms were not clean or cleared out. Took forever to find an employee to even open a dressing room.

Giving 3 stars because im taking past experience into account. Today, July 19, 2024, merited 1 star. We shop at this location (Fridley MN) many times throughout the year, as well as other locations. Today was something else. The store was in complete disarray. Clothing was packed on racks, no organization at all. Two employees, one person was busy working with customers, the other stood around on his phone the entire time. He was at the register when we were ready to check out. When we asked him if they still used the term "zone recovery" he responded with "yeah". When asked if he should be doing that instead of being on his phone, he replied "it is what it is". This is no way to run a business. Past employees have been terrific. This guy would have been out on his ear if he worked for me. Do better, Boot Barn.

If could rate less than 1 I would. Walked into this boot barn for the very first time,(Burnsville location is by far the best) I thought ok this one is different. So with summer coming up I wanted to get a straw hat. I literally already knew exactly what I wanted, the hats were a bit disorganized, so I asked the guy wearing a straw hat, “ hey I’m looking for this specific hat, do you have it?”
He legitimately responded with “we have hundreds of hats can’t you see”
No really?
I was very upset with the fact he was going to be condescending like that.
Never again. Fridley is the absolute worst boot barn and should be shut down.
I will say that I called the store after I stormed out and spoke to the store manager who was very nice, she offered me a 30% discount
Now besides that. Clearly the rest of the employees hate their job.
Just be warned the bad reviews here are absolutely right. Don’t waste your time or your money. I would rather drive to a different state than to ever set foot in there again.

I was just in this location for the past hr trying on boots and not 1 single employee asked to help me or if I was finding what I was looking for Not a hello how are you doing Nothing I have been buying my boots from Boot barn for almost 20 years this is the first time I have never been helped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SOOOOO many boots to choose from! Basic boots, fancy boots, and kid's boots, they had them all. Fun place to browse around.

Really too bad to see how pathetic this location has become. Boot Barn is my favorite store ever but the Fridley location has some of the saddest employees I’ve ever experienced. Once you walk in you can feel the toxicity. Nobody helps you, they won’t even smile at you when you smile and say hi. Then they have the audacity to ask if anyone helped you on the floor when you check out… like hello!!! You were just staring at me the whole time, you know nobody helped me!! This is what you get when a company goes public. Really sad.
