Excellent communication, I brought a vehicle in today to have the exhaust looked at, and although I decided to not get the service performed here the communication and promptness was incredible. Jeff? At front desk did an excellent job keeping me informed.

I had made an appointment for hail damage on my car, a month prior to my appointment, speaking with the Auto Body shop directly (multiple times) who assured me of my appointment today 9/18 and that there would be a rental car available at the time I dropped my car off. I arrived and was told that one of the front office reps called off at 5:45am (it was 8:27am when I arrived) and that he 'is trying to get things done but am only one person and it would be best to call to reschedule this appointment'. I was also told that he wouldn't have a rental car available for me anyway, which I would have no way of then getting to work (info that would have been good to have before arriving). I had confirmed with him over the phone multiple times. I was told there was 'no record of this', even though (I confirmed his name) he was the one that personally told me he put all this info down on my appt for today. I asked why I didn't get a call to just not come in instead driving all the way over here, so I could go directly to work since the other guy called off over 2 and half hours ago. I was told 'sorry, there is nothing I can do, it is out of my hands'. I left without rescheduling since the customer service was horrendous. I will find a new company that would like over $3k worth of business. To be clear, I greatly understand and empathize with worker shortages and staff being out sick as I manage a large team across 4 businesses and the stress that situations like that can create for co-workers and the flow of business. Sometimes, you can bend over backwards for clients/customers and they just want to be mad when you've truly done everything you can to help them with the resources you have despite call-outs etc. But this had nothing to do with 1 person calling out and everything to do with competency of this business. This created a loss of trust and business in areas of auto body work and gas. It was an unfortunate let down by a company I had recently been talking up just a few weeks ago with how wonderfully helpful they sounded over the phone when I first made this appointment. It’s the kind of place my great grandpa Harry would have begrudgingly gone to every morning if he lived nearby, And complained, but he’d have gone every day. I’ve never used the mechanic here so don’t know other than they are constantly full

Driver’s side seatbelt wouldn’t retract. I was told it would cost $350 to replace retractor unit, giving me impression they physically saw that the unit was broken. Took car home, tried to untwist the belt myself and a piece of plastic popped up, I pull out the plastic piece and the seatbelt immediately retracted.This leads me to believe they didn’t check the unit itself, making an assumption…. A $350 assumption!!I also had O2 sensor replaced. I was very pleased with this service & their overall customer service was very pleasant. If it wasn’t for my comment above, I would have given them a much higher rating.

My car started stalling today on 694 and University. As a single female in the middle of rush hour I instantly was panicky, but when I exited off on University I saw their sign and thanked God for a mechanic right where I landed. Service advisor was so kind and reassuring. Helped me immediately to diagnose and let me know not to try driving any further and said they will take care of it in next couple of days. Thank you for calming my nerves!

I went here for some electrical work picked up my car they said that everything was fixed and ready to go paid them. Drove the car for like a day the car started having the same problem that I took it in for took it back they charged me more the car started doing it again a day or two after took it somewhere els they told me what was actually wrong with it they fixed it the car has been running for 3 years and no problems. I met people that have had the same issue with Bona brothers

Had my alternator fixed at this business this past week. Called them in the morning to work out details and by 5: 00pm the same day was called that the vehicle had been finished. I'm extremely happy with the professionalism I was shown along with the prompt service and excellent work that was done to the vehicle. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for any future repairs and would recommend this business to others as well. Thank-You Matt and Service Technician (s) for a great experience when needing automobile service!

I had my vehicle towed to Bona bros. for maintenance on my battery. They notified i would need both my battery and alternator replaced after picking my vehicle up as soon as they opened Friday (07/15) morning I drove to my office. Upon leaving the office my car shutoff and to my surprise my batter was on fire. With the help of the fire department they were able to put the fire out. after having my vehicle towed to a nearby Toyota the technician notified me he has never seen negligence of that caliber in his 35 year career. Bona Bros. technicians did not secure my battery and caused unbelievable damage to my vehicle. After paying over $1000 for a service the service was not done correctly or properly, not to mention the fact that my tire caps were left in my vehicle upon picking it up. Why would my tire caps be in my car if the service i received was for my battery. All in all i caution against this establishment; employees are rude, service is terrible and your life can be in so much danger at the hands of their work. Grateful this didn’t happen while i was on the highway.Service: Auto battery replacement

If I could rate them a 0/5 I would. Terrible experience. Overpriced. Rude. They made my car problems WORSE. Terrible. Would never recommend them. Not in a million years. NEVER.

Service was great. Took care of my wife's car with no hiccup and when another issue popped up they were great in taking care of us and getting the car back to tip top shape. Absolutely great experience. Moved here a year ago. They are close by and reviews were good.I had pre-researched possible cause and cost and price was fine. Right in the ballpark. Possibly on the low end of pricing.The service and communication was great and they truly fixed the "wobble" which came from CV joint axles. Also amazed they were able to do it along with oil change and found nail in one tire fixed it all in well under a day's time. The free loaner car was a god send as well. No hassle with getting the loaner.At 65 years of age and never owning a "new car" I have seen a lot in my lifetime. These guys definitely have my business. It is a big relief to know I have a great shop to go to when I need it. And yes they wash the car too lol.Services: Oil change

Bona Bros is in my neighborhood and I've tried multiple times to give this place another chance as I want to support my neighborhood businesses. They are rude. There is absolutely no customer service and they are only busy because of convenience. They are a bad neighbor to the residences around them as well. It's unfortunate that they don't understand customer service is their livelihood.
