“Speed Queen sales, delivery/install and the machine itself were so spot on, that it made me think back to the way America used to be. This is in no way a knock on this great country just a reminder that we still have it, if we want it. Speed Queens still does?????. I never write reviews but it was such an excellent experience I felt compelled to. Total professionalism, courtesy and not to mention the quality and durability of the washer. Speed Queen is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. However, they adhere to this 'crazy' idea of giving their customers exactly what they say they will with genuine courtesy.
Oh. I almost forgot...get a Speed Queen next time you need a machine!”

The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”

The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. I work virtually all day every day. Just wish they pushed opened an extra hour later. Very clean store compared to other Home Depot’s.”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
