Customer service needs to be worked on. They have the best prices but the attitudes and rudeness of the employees made me leave to another pharmacy. I called back seeing if I could save a few bucks but it was just a great reminder as to why I left. The manager wasn’t much help and came to his employees defense. Maybe only go here if you have no other choice.

First off let start by saying that I have had two family members pass away here due to negligence and medical mistakes on their part. That in itself is horrid both could have been prevented and would still be here today! This post is to bring up a recent horrible experience. My grandpa called one morning after fainting while on his morning walk with his friend and said that he was feel foggy and out of it in general. He chose to go to Mercy which made me cringe, but that was the hospital he wanted so we went into the ER. Waiting room had maybe two people but it took over an hour to get him into a room even when he said his symptoms were getting worse. The rooms were about half filled but the air was filled with the relentless alarm of buttons that must have been pushed. Took two hours just to get an IV in and get blood drawn. We talked briefly to the doctor while the tests were pending where my grandpa expressed concern with recent memory changes, lightheadedness, blurry vision, but for whatever reason they kept focusing on his leg? Yep you heard me leg? I work in healthcare and it was obvious that the problem was head (cognitive or neurological) related, but man they wanted to insist that the problem stemmed from the leg. He has drop foot and has for the last 30 years that is not a new issue. During the course of this whole ordeal he asked for medication for a migraine that was getting worse. 3 hours later they finally hand him Tylenol! If thats all they were going to give him I had that in my purse, but they kept telling me they did not want him taking anything and would prescribe him something. 9 frickin hours overall in the ER and people stopped into to see us four times (2 for bloodwork, one for x-ray and one time by the doctor who couldn't even be bothered to see him again to go over any of the test results). Not once did any nurse answer the call button when he pressed it so I assisted him in getting to the bathroom and detaching and reattaching the vitals and ekg probes. When I went into the hallway to inquire about the migraine medication they openly ignored me. I have had bad hospital experiences but this was just ridiculous. We walked away without getting any answers and they stated everything was due to a pinched nerve in the leg, which makes no sense.

My name is Carlos Quintero. I'm a 22 year old male. I just recently got out of the hospital and had surgery to get my appendix removed. But I am extremely upset with how everything went down. I called the ambulance while I'm at work. I even had the EMT's telling me it might be my appendix. Why did this hospital tell the EMT to take me straight to triage where I waited 6 hours just to be seen. Every time I asked how long I'd be waiting they would claim I'm next. When I finally was seen they told me my appendix is about to rupture and I need surgery asap. Now I know something like this is life threatening and the fact they had me waiting in the lobby for 6 hours when I called the ambulance and I could've died is real concerning. I'm extremely unhappy with how this went down.

Had to come here for an injection after receiving referral after referral for a chronic condition. This campus is a bit out of the way for someone who lives in the cities--way in Fridley. It was very easy to get to but a little confusing once pulling into the parking lot due to its larger size. There was plenty of parking in the outpatient center I visited, and clearly labeled directory which made it easy for me to know where to go. Allina staff are generally hit or miss when it comes to politeness and general people skills, but no complaints so far as I check in. I was instructed to arrive 10 minutes prior to fill out paperwork which I did and was brought back to the room 10 minutes after my appointment time; no problem im not in a huge rush. I wait in the room for 35 minutes before the provider comes in. No one checked on me or gave an estimate of how much longer I was going to be waiting. The provider was very nice, thorough, and quick which made up (a little) for the long wait time. Quite disappointed with the wait time, but considering my experience with the provider, I was satisfied with my service.

This place is great, they don’t discriminate, are very knowledgeable, practice harm reduction techniques and services, very easy to get to once dropped off or you park your vehicle.

Takes to long to get meds. It's terrible. It's like it was years ago again. And there is hardly people helping. Where did they Go? I waited 2 hours. I might switch back to Walgreens. They are closer anyway. Really. I work at Unity and have been there 16 years. It's my home too. But you cannot keep the pharmacy running so thin like you did a long time ago. HONESTLY HIRE MORE People. I have seen the frustration in other patients waiting soo very long for meds. And I dont feel comfortable asking questions because others have to wait longer. Please hire more people so we can be comfortable getting our meds from you. Please. It's been a year since this, and it still holds true. But new problem is they hired new people who are casual and do not know you. Having a difficult list of meds and issues causes me to have to repeat the problem trying to be fixed to every pharmacist

Went into ER haven't gotten my insurance cards yet and they were able to verify just by my name that it was current. Got discharged, went into the pharmacy to get my prescriptions and the guy asks for my cards told him I don't have them yet. He said oh you'll be paying cash. Said No, my prescriptions are covered. He looked at me confused. I said look I just moved here from a different county and I don't have my cards, my insurance is active. The ER had no problem bringing it up why don't you try. He rudly said they'll be awhile before they will be filled. I'm still sitting here...
