While traveling with my family, my vehicle started losing power. I pulled into the shop. The Staff was friendly. Dan is highly knowledgeable and took very good care of us on site. Thank you and the team!

I bring all my vehicles to Dan for service and new tires. Not only because it’s very convenient for me, but because he does a great job and the rate is fair. He also makes notes about possible repair recommendations after each service to prevent further damage.

I blew a tire on 94 just outside of Freeport, coming from Milwaukee. To my luck Hoeschen Auto was blocks off the off ramp. The staff was so great, They borrowed me a lug wrench so I could limp my way there on a spare. They found me a used tire is good condition so I could finish my trip. And they installed it and rotated my tires, all at the last second. Can't recommend them more! Lifesavers!

I broke down a couple blocks away, and couldn't believe my luck to find them. I have a VW that I usually take to an imports-focused repair shop, but they did a great job fixing it. Were very thorough in explaining the issue, transparent in costs, affordable, and got it done rather quickly. they definitely take pride in their work and in their shop.

I had a cracked radiator while approaching Freeport and dropped it off at Hoeschen Auto the week of the 4th of July. Dan worked us in and got us out with no major change in our schedule. It's been over a month and hundreds of miles and every looks good!

this place totally ripped me off. My car broke down and I brought it here and one week later I came to pick it up and they told me it was good to go, drove 10 miles and it broke down again. I called them back and they told me “sorry we never finished it” like okay thanks for sending me home with half fixed car. never will be coming back. 0/10 service.

What a team! They are great to work with and will make suggestions on what needs to be fixed. Never pushy. We will be there customer as long as we can. Prices very good.

Dan and his staff are great!! Auto centers in the cities didn't want to bother working on my 2000 GMC Jimmy's sagging drivers door. They said take to body shop, they didn't want to work on it either. (I know it's old, but little rust, low miles and very dependable.) We were going to be at the cabin and I emailed Dan, he said bring it in. They fixed my door and the price was amazing!

In and out in 30 minutes. We were passing through the area when our vehicle acted up, and they worked us in for a look to see if it was a quick fix or safe to drive to the dealer. Lucky for me, it was a simple fix and I was even shown how to do it. Much appreciated! The price was great, too.

Broke down right at the Freeport exit seen this garage, walked in seeing a stack of work orders waiting to be done, I asked was there anyway possible that could be done because we're stranded a hundred miles from our home, they were kind enough to take our vehicle at 5:30 p.m. order a part and get us going the next morning A plus plus plus for this place. And even gave us a ride to the closest hotel and picked us back up again to get the car from the repair shop. This place Rocks!!!!!!

I wish I could find a shop like this near to me. I drove almost 2 hours to check out a new car near Hoeschen's and brought it to them on short notice for a pre-purchase inspection, and they happily took excellent care of me. The inspection was inexpensive and thorough. They did a good job, and they are well loved by the people in the area from what I could tell. If you're ever in the area and need service done on a vehicle, I highly recommend them. This is coming form an ex-mechanic.
