Purchased all my flooring on a new construction build. 8 months later all of my carpet was loose. I was told there is only a 6 month warranty on install. All of the carpet needs to be stretched, living room, bedrooms, walk in closet and even the stairs. I spoke to a local carpet place and they stated this is not the first time hearing about this. Hired someone else to come and re stretch. Upon arrive they stated I would need all new carpet because the carpet was stapled down. Please start to take care of your customers.
