Mail never comes at set times and I have to go to the post office to get every package I order. We live right in Frazee. Very inconvenient to say the least

Really bummed on services. I live in Frazee city limits and my mail is never here at somewhat the same time everyday. Not even a ball park. Whenever packages are ordered they are never brought to mailbox. Instead left at the facility which is extremely inconvenient. Has happened too often. Package tracking always states they attempt to drop off at my residence which is not the case; as my package is always sitting down in the office. Really bummed on how it has been going with services.

I have to start off by saying I've always received great customer service and have encountered very friendly staff. The hours of operation, though, are difficult to say the least for those of us that hold full-time jobs. Closing at 4:30, taking lunch between 12:30-1:30, and only being open for 45 min on Saturday mornings? Not really very user-friendly at all.
