I love being able to get my medications where I live. Unfortunately, I was upset with them recently & I never had any issues before! Some staff are very informative, kind, & understand HIPPA when it comes to talking to their customers picking up their medications.I would have probably rated 4-5 stars last summer, Seip has newer staff now. I recently experienced complete embarrassment while picking up my medications ?My Dr. had said he sent my fills in,but Seip didn't get them quite yet & one of the pharmacists... (which I'm not going to out them)* VERY LOUDLY * Shouted out, two of my medications while I was in the designated area for some privacy.? everyone inside heard them,I was silently processing what just happened. I got very anxious, and bowed my head down, tearing up some...After Calling my Dr. to check about them, I asked my husband if hed pick them up... but I was still missing a new medication. I just didn't bring it up until 2 - 3 days later when I called.** Please, Respect & protect sensitive patient health information... ?HIPAA pharmacy security laws require strict rules to prevent details on medications or any personal information from being shared without patient permission.I do love the gift shop inside & how cheap their OTC medications are!* Yes, I will continue to go here of course, I don't want to travel far for my medications but I'll probably just call instead of talking to them face to face from now on. Maybe they will realize that they did this and change how they address others.

If I could give this a zero I would! This used to be the friendliest and best pharmacy around,but the new pharmacy staff hired are terrible! Act like you are bothering them and not a soul in the store! I’m not talking about the front store people but the one person in the pharmacy is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a retail business where I have been a customer for 20+ years and spent mega $! I hate to do this because I’m a huge believer in supporting local businesses but this I can not do!
