I would like to review the Access vet urgent clinic in crystal. I had a very sick cat that ended up having to be euthanized. I had never been there before. They treat ed us with such kindness and professionalism and made us fell comfortable with our decision. The entire team was wonderful. They took such gentle, kind care of my beloved cat Larry. I will forever be grateful for your kindness.

Horrible service. I understand they were busy but they served at least a dozen people who came in after me and never even looked at me. After standing at the bar with my money out for 20 minutes I left, walked down the street and was served in under five minutes.
