My friend's safe never really opened and closed very well and then, after being damaged during a move, would no longer close and latch properly at all. Dean diagnosed the issue quickly and perfectly and re-shimmed the door. Now it works better than ever before and he was done in perhaps 20 minutes. It was an excellent experience!

I am the Vice President of Operations for a national brand restaurant chain. A majority of my stores are in the Twin Cities, however, I have a few remote stores a couple hours away. I needed urgent attention to a safe issue at our Brainerd location. I reached out to the former restaurant owner, and he gave me Dean's phone number. I called Dean, explained my situation, and he solved the issue within the hour. Most of that hour was probably driving to and from my restaurant. Specifically, he got a safe opened which we couldn't access. He switched us from a mechanical lock to a digital, ALL WITH A SMILE AND GREAT ATTITUDE! I highly recommend Dean and Safe Restoration!
