I have a 2017 Camaro. My hood sensor went bad they quoted me $380 for a part that you can get for $100 and it costs not even a half hour labor I had it done for $165 also supposed to get the tires rotated and they didn't do it, they are price gouging and obviously to visit to get a job done correctly

Terrible dealership. Awful communication and even worse post sales support. Would rather blame the customer and argue than make it right. Luckily Cadillac stepped in and directly addressed my issue. Will never do business here again.

Don't buy anything from this dealer, they are a bunch of scum bags that will try to nickel and dime you for every dollar you have. i Bought my suv from here 4 yrs ago and it came with Lifetime motor and tranny warranty plus they sold me their Lifetime bumper to bumper warranty with $100 deductible but if you take it back to them to do any service it's $0 deductible. last yr I took my suv in to get the AC fixed twice, replace one of the tail lights, replace the motor for the side steps, replace an ac hose and replace a control arm. i had to pay $0 deductible. This yr I had bad struts and some issues with a trailer brake system and they told me I have to pay a $200 deductible. I told the service lady I have a $0 deductible and she tells me they no longer honor my warranty. I called the manager Chris and he said he can't pull up our records because we bought the car 4 yrs ago. I told him your service ppl can see my Lifetime warranty coverage but you as a manager can't pull up my warranty coverage? It shouldn't matter how long I had the car, it's called Life Time warranty for as long as I own the car!!!! Now they want proof for contract and giving me a run around.

The sales department does a wonderful job, BUT the service department SUCKS, called to schedule servicing on a new 2022 unit I purchased from them 2-months ago. Had to leave a message for scheduling to call me back as they were busy, after waiting 1 1/2 hours for a call, I called back and was told the soonest I could get my new truck in was 1 1/2 weeks. I went drove to a different dealership and was told 20 minutes and they would get it in. I was in and out of the other dealership within 1 hour. DO NOT go to this dealer for SERVICE as it SUCKS!

I had been in contact with the sales rep about trading my vehicle and the price of a new vehicle, he emailed numbers along with some incentives. However, when we got there, the price he quoted me was different than what he was presenting to me when we were there. He also, had a different price for my trade-in and then proceeded to low ball me by 8,000 less than what I was originally quoted. If the sales rep is too busy selling so many cars and can't keep things straight, I would say that is HIS error, not the customers and the sales rep should take the loss! There was also supposed to be a GM incentive that he quoted me 2 days prior and turned out that was not valid anymore either. Needless to say we were very frustrated with our experience! Would not recommend to anyone else.

I purchased a vehicle and had to sign papers over the net because I was told the vehicle wouldn't last. On the web and on the phone I was never told that I would be getting less than any of the 19 others I have purchased previously. When I picked the vehicle up the chip for the NAVIGATION was missing. Then the salesman informed me they didn't have the spare key fob. He informed me he'd discuss with his manager and get back to me. After 3 1/2 weeks I contacted him and he basically told me to get ******. Got their $75,000 and wiped their hands. A " Chevrolet dealership " can't sell a vehicle that was supposed to come with it?

DO NOT bring your car here for service! My son in-laws car was stolen from this dealership this past weekend and they claim no responsibility whatsoever! He brought the car in to be fixed, paid his bill, had to bring it back in because it wasn't fixed, and now wanted an additional $4,000 for more repairs! They had his car for a month in total, and now its gone forever! How can you trust a dealership that has no security in place to prevent this from happening, and claims they have no insurance that covers this. Ridiculous business practices!

Bought many cars from these people and they give you a lifetime power train warranty and of the 7 cars we bought from them in the last 7 years only one need to use the warranty and that's when we got screwed! They told us to bring it in and they said needs a new tranny but what they don't tell you when they talk up the warranty is you have to prove every service and oil change ever done and if you don't they won't fix it. Lost me as a future customer forever. Not helpful and extremely rude.

I had to pay a visit to the service department today. From beginning to end this was not just a pleasant experience, but helpful and informative. The guys at the check-in desk were extremely nice and got me in immediately. Kelly Hines, service manager, was direct when providing me with an update to my situation and honest about what the options were. Great experience!!

I haven't bought a car here, but I looked a few years ago. I was an arrogant, head in the clouds 20 year old looking for a bright shiny new car. Salesmen at other lots had given us the whole rundown, how to get into the car I wanted to be in, how to lease or own on any vehicle anywhere... but I wasn't really satisfied with what I was seeing. I checked out this lot and headed inside to find a salesman. We were helped by an older African American gentleman; I don't remember and probably will never know his name. He talked to us in real money terms. How much do you have saved? How much is your price range? How much do you want to finance? My numbers I'll admit we're not pretty! He, in a fatherly way, talked us through where we needed to be in order to make a purchase like we were talking about making. I left the dealership pissed. How dare he assume where I'm at?! But he had hit the nail on the head honestly. I didn't leave with a car; I left with a priceless life lesson in finances and reality. Looking back, I'm so thankful for him and the words he spoke straight into my thick skull. I still haven't made the purchase I was looking at, because I'm still not there.... hopefully one day, I'll return and get to thank him in person by making that purchase from him.

Bought a one year used chevy equinox. Had one key. left a note that promises they will replace the other one. Now phone calls are ghosted and voicemails are just not returned. Sales rep is Zach Laflair , Manager is Alexander Eddy. The experience has been extremely poor. You guys sell the car and then just ghost us, it makes you wonder if the warranty process is just as arduous.

I spoke with a salesman and made an appointment for a specific time to a specific vehicle. I told the salesman where I was from, and that I was about 65 miles away. The salesman told me he would have the vehicle ready to view when I arrived. I arrived on time. The Salesman was 15 minutes late. The vehicle was not ready for me to inspect. He spent 3 minutes getting information from me so that I could test drive the vehicle - something I had not asked to do. When the vehicle was ready, I left the shop and inspected the vehicle on my own. After 5 minutes, I returned to the shop. The salesman was already busy with two other customers, and was going back and forth between the two of them. I was standing about 20 feet away. The salesman made no effort to talk to me, nor to put me in touch with another sales person, nor to explain how it was that he had scheduled 3 different sets of customers for the same time, nor how long I would need to wait to speak with him again. After another 15 minutes went by, with no word from anyone, I left. I had the distinct impression they did not need or want my business, and that they had no regard for my time.
