Poor customer service from the clerks, cashiers and managers at the front of the store to the pharmacy at the back of the store. I would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.

Waited 58 minutes on hold for them to pickup the phone and then hang it up on me, even though I said hello. They say they will fill a prescription I need to live 3 days ago. I got there and It was never filled. Unprofessional, they need better communication in their staff. and one of the staff should probably stop smoking meth.

PHARMACY...3 cash registers and 1 cashier. Stand in line for 20 minutes ( no exaggeration) then to find out 1 out of 3 wasn't filled ( I know my doc personally he sent it and verified) the 1 medication that I have to have daily. Come back in a hour to stand in a really long line again. THIS HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE MONTH. never a sorry either just a blank " it'll be ready in a hour next". It's always a 4 hour ordeal. I know what your thinking that I'm impatient or privileged,entitled ect. I don't mind waiting but ffs cmon. Should have to miss a half day of work to do this. 15 years I've been coming here and I'm done. Going somewhere else. I can't deal with the rudeness and greedy side of walgreens anymore. Need to ask a question on phone? Good luck. I could go on and on. Fuck this place.

Pharmacy drive thru lane is awful. Very slow and unorganized. Disappointed every time I have to pick up a prescription. The line inside is just as worse.

The store is filthy! Bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months! Floors are gross. Garbage can overflowing. Do not recommend.

Slllllooooowwww is not a selling point. Neither is screwed up and come back in. Girl at this pharmacy (packers shirt, 2 tone hair) tried to tell me in an indigent tone that I was wrong in adding my pills up. 2 and 3 is 5, thats 150 a month. It is. except I take 2 and 2 and 3 that is 7, 210 a month. That's the amount it's written for. Came back in. Sat for 20 minutes, I checked my watch a lot, then got back in line. Same girl told me she needs to count them out give her a few minutes. I said, I've been here over 20 minutes. She said I've been helping people. I yelled, "I'M PEOPLE!!!" They then gave me 3 months which it was written for. They don't know why it was changed to one month. So you screwed it up twice. Terrible pharmacy. Go elsewhere.

I've been here twice for a vaccine....I scheduled online.......don't offer me an 845am appt if the pharmacy doesn'tOpen until 900 and if the pharmacist is too busy doing other required duties within the pharmacy don't schedule an appointment for 9 AM give them an hour to get their work done so that I am not waiting for an hour and a half for a simple injection.This has happened twice and it's happened to another family member as well. Figure out the scheduling. Things happen within in a shift but repeatedly is Inexcusable
