Apparently they don't believe in answering the phone here. I've been trying to call for half an hour and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Thanks for making me call the main line and sit on hold for 20 minutes, all just to ask a simple question about taking care of something in the office, only then to have them try and sell me something. GET A RECEPTIONIST. YOU SUCK.

Of all the Wells Fargos I have been to this is by far the worst. They do not help their customers out in ways other branches do. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and the branch manager is the most incompetent person involved in banks I have ever met.

Glad that I was able to find a WF in Forest Lake. I was going to that neck of the woods anyways; so I was happy to see this one. All the ones by me were out of the way. The set up was a little different than most of the branches. The bank is separate and there is a bay of drive through lanes off to the side and detached. I guess this makes better sense, there seems like a lot more room to maneuver in and out of the lanes. Really good customer service at this branch. Tiffany handled my transaction very quickly, gave me some check registers, wished me a nice weekend and sent me on my way.
