Awful used them once and won’t be back! They didn’t check the person or the allergy alerts! They could’ve easily sent my child to the ER if I hadn’t checked the prescription.

I was in the forest lake Walgreens on august 24th. I was in the card aisle and I dropped my car keys and they slid under the card shelf. I needed help to get them out and I first asked a girl that was working and she told me she couldn't help me and she went to get Micheal. He helped but had to finish filling orders and would come back. the girl kept coming back telling me to leave my car come back and I kept telling her this was my only set. I felt she felt it was not her concern. Michael on the other hand took 45 min ish to help lift the shelves to look under and they were not easy to lift. I so appreciate him. you need more like him there. He even told me that his job is to help the customer. He was kind and I even wanTed to pay him and he said he couldn't take money. so I am writing a review and hope he is acknowledged and praised for helping me out.Mary

AWFUL. Absolutely awful. The only thing that you can count on from this place is being on hold for ridiculous amounts of time if you have to call, terrible customer service, different answers from different people about the same thing month after month, hours constantly changing, beyond rude management, medication NEVER ready on time, etc etc. I very highly recommend going somewhere (anywhere!) else.

DO NOT use Walgreens Pharmacy... they'll take days to fill and will overcharge you!!! Back story- My son had an antibiotic prescription sent there last night from urgent care. Upon picking up, we were told by the pharmacy staff that the total out-of-pocket was $300!! We refused to pick up last night, so I called this morning to request the prescription be transferred to Rolseth Drug in Forest Lake as I have used them previously and have NEVER paid more than $50. When i called Walgreens, I was told by staff that they didn't have insurance on file..... sooo were they going to ask about insurance last night? Or just charge us full price? I was able to get rhe prescription sent to Rolseth and it was filled within 20 mins of the transfer.. for $35... How is the SAME prescription $300 at Walgreens, but $35 at Rolseth??? Walgreens is criminal, like every other big box company. Shop small/local! We LOVE Rolseth Drug!!

Poor customer service from the clerks, cashiers and managers at the front of the store to the pharmacy at the back of the store. I would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.

Aviod this place at all costs. I've waited 7 hours now for a common antibiotic. I try to call and wait on hold for at least 30 minutes before I get frustrated and hang up. I'm switching all my scripts to Walmart....they answered the phone after 30 seconds tonight but said they would need to call Walgreens to have the antibiotic subscription transfered...but I know they won't wait on hold for more than 15 minutes so will have to contact Dr. tomorrow and have them send a new prescription to Walmart. I'm done with Walgreens...the other pharmacies seem to do something right that Walgreens hasn't figured out. I'm not blaming the employees...maybe they're not paid enough?I have several other automatic refill presecriptions and will be changing them all to Walmart. Goodbye Walgreens....FYI, I've been on hold at the time of this another 40 minutes and they close in 1 minute so I'm sure I'm not going to reach anyone tonight. Extremely poor...stay away.

Never used to have problems until yesterday. Said my prescription was ready, it was not. Said I would come back today and I've now been on hold for 2 HOURS! This is absolutely ridiculous for people who need their prescriptions to live. Walgreens needs to reevaluate this pharmacy

Waited 58 minutes on hold for them to pickup the phone and then hang it up on me, even though I said hello. They say they will fill a prescription I need to live 3 days ago. I got there and It was never filled. Unprofessional, they need better communication in their staff. and one of the staff should probably stop smoking meth.

Pharmacy drive thru lane is awful. Very slow and unorganized. Disappointed every time I have to pick up a prescription. The line inside is just as worse.

Called 3 times this week to make sure medication would be in stock on due date. Get there and won't have it in for over a month! Absolutely incompetent and wouldn't trust these employees to even wipe their own @*%.
