Purchased a new Borla S-Type exhaust system from Scott and it looks and sounds great on my '23 F150 with 5.0. Scott got everything ordered and shipped to my installer without any issues.

Purchased a custom sprinter van and the all the interior seats are crumbling, just falling apart, the trims are falling off, the whole van is junk on the inside..40,000 miles on it … I reached out multiple times for a solution to only received the same answer” you can buy new seats” clowns… I wouldn’t waste your time at this shop!!

This was the absolute WORST experience of my life!! We ordered a van from Freeway Ford in January 2021, the van finally came in January 2023. At that point we were told the conversion was being started. In February 2023 we were told a recall had been sent out on our van & the parts would not arrive until July & Waldoch was not allowed to release our van to us until the recall was taken care of. We told our representative Keith Klein to go ahead & put the aftermarket items we wanted on the van as well as finish the conversion while it was sitting at Waldoch. We sent pictures to Keith of exactly what we wanted. In July 2023 he calls & says the recall parts are in so they are going to start the conversion, then proceeds to ask us if we still want any aftermarket items put on our van. The van sat there from January to July with ABSOLUTELY nothing being done to it. From start to finish this process took 19 months!! Keith’s abilities to his job are without a doubt questionable!!! I highly recommend that you steer clear of Waldoch! This was the most stressful, frustrating & horrible experience!!!

I picked up my new Dodge Ram 2500 with a Waldoch package two weeks ago from Paul Shirley Chrysler in Ohio. I could not be more thrilled with this truck. It's immense stature was daunting at first but that past quickly. The experience with the Paul Shirley dealership was great. More than that, this truck is fantastic due to Waldoch. The truck rides smoothly, steady and straight. I could not be more pleased. I did have an issue with the speedometer calibration but that was taken care of. I reached out to the dealership and they contacted Waldoch. In one day I heard from a representative named Devon. She completely understood my issue and acted immediately. Devon is very professional, knowledgeable and a fantastic representative for Waldoch. She took care of my issue completely . . . a credit to your company. Thanks for the great truck!!!! Dan Koch

Wonderful company to purchase from and too work with. Had some issues but Devon was on top of assisting me with warranty issues. Bought a 75,ooo truck with these products on it and in less than 2 years the running boards are rusted and they won't back there products according to my gmc dealer..don't buy any of there products they are junk.

Upgraded my 2019 Ram 1500 with Alex at Waldoch. Added new rims, tires and a level kit. Rims took a little longer to get but well worth it. Pricing was fair and everyone was professional. Had bad struts and they were able to source them quickly. All in all, it turned a truck I was getting tied of into a new experience and I am very happy with the service provided.

I bought a Promaster Galaxy conversion, I had a couple of issues and Waldoch was great to work with. They got their tech on the phone and helped me troubleshoot the issue right away, and sent the part I asked for in 3 days. Love the van, and had a good experience after the purchase.

Got my new topper on my truck a couple of days ago. Tommy was instrumental from my first phone call until I drove away a happy customer. Tommy walked me.thruogh many options, and helped me decide on the frameless topper. Look at the pictures. He was spot on. The facility was great and the staff was awesome. The installers did excellent work. Not a cheap place but the quality of everything is in line with their prices. If you are looking for a topper or practically any truck accessory, this is the place.
