Jenny was extremely helpful in trading in my old phone and lowering our monthly bill! Best service my family and I have received from local Verizons. Very personable and polite as she helped other customers in between helping us. Made the trade-in process quick and easy. Will definitely be returning in the future. My mom and I went in to upgrade our phones and Jenny helped us through the whole process, she was thorough, very explanatory and helpful in every aspect!! She helped us get our bill down where she could and made it a very friendly interaction. I 100% recommend going to see her the next time you need to go to the verison store :)

Grace was great to work with to start our new phone process. It trickled to the weekend due to timing so Brady took over and the whole process was very smooth. One of the gripes about the Pixel 8 was not having the touch buttons on the bottom like my S21 had. Brady thought ahead and added them on the Pixel for me without even asking! The whole experience was our best phone upgrading experience to date.
