Exceeded expectations!! Returning customer! Great print quality, competitive rates, and amazing turn around time!
We have worked with this UPS store and staff on a few different printing projects. From a thousand stickers to yard signs in bulk, they have provided great products and high quality prints at competitive prices. They have always exceeded our expectations on the turnaround time which is greatly appreciated! We will be utilizing them for our future printing projects.

I usually have a pleasant and friendly experience here. Especially when the guy (assume is manager) with the long hair and mustache is working. Today was a rotten experience. The girl with the playboy bunny tattoo on her arm, I assume she was today’s manager was barking orders at customers and her staff with a mouthful of food. Yelled at her employee for stealing a French fry from her and then, unpleasantly shouting “NEXT!!!!” to the customers. I can appreciate a strong woman leader but she was extra and made it uncomfortable and overbearing.

Since I moved to Minnesota I always come to this location. Is always nice and friendly. I like when Nicholas is in there. He is always nice and he is always helping. Every person that comes to ups he treats them with respect.

This is the best service I have had in years. I have stopped at many UPS vendors from Roseville, Rosedale, and Inver Grove Heights, and I will only make the time to drop off and purchase from my hometown UPS in Forest Lake.

Very nice people and I love the addition of being able to scan items, but the hours are absolutely ridiculous. I cannot count how many times I've tried to drop stuff off and they are closed.

I have always received great service at the UPS Store in Forest Lake. I recently worked with them on a custom printing project. They analyzed the project and presented me with a number of viable options, including one that did not require their services. That kind of service is both refreshing and spectacular!

I don’t know what the young man’s name is, he has long hair and usually wears a distinctive hat but he is a rock star at handling Amazon returns . Even if the line is out the door I am in and out of there in 5 mins or less.
