Brett & the team at TrailersPlus in Minneapolis (Columbus, MN location) are some very knowledgeable and courteous people who will Not sell you something that doesn't truly fit or work for what your towing and hauling needs really are. They ask all of the right, entry-level questions, and find what a "base" model would do for you; and then explain what any real advantages would be -and the costs incurred - if you; the customer, choose to go with certain upgrades. Great Service!
A very personable staff; speaking to the customer with "easy-to-explain and understand" language and verbage.
All the while with handling, offering, & standing by a solid line-up of many different trailers and options to work for anyone!

Swung in on a Friday afternoon after making an appointment online. The underwriters made life hell for the poor dude running the show. Like he had to call them every step of the way just to finalize the approval. Dude stuck around more than an hour late just to make it happen for me so I could load up my tools and keep working.
Awesome staff and I’m really happy with the price. 10/10 Trailers plus 0/10 Underwriters

I had an appointment for 10:00 and was greeted. I was not rushed and looked at 3 trailers. I chose one and left with it about an hour later. Everything was shown to me and explained. Easy to understand and talk to.

Travelled 3 hours to get this and the 2 gentleman that helped me absolutely made the hair-pulling drive worth it! A trailer is a trailer is a trailer, in todays world, it's customer service that sets you apart and this place makes you feel like your buying from your handy uncle that you can call at anytime there's an emergency that needs fixing! Thanks so much guys! Glad I wound up at the wrong place & the owner was kind enough to price match and get me on my way! 🙏🏻 Absolutely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 service (not to mention, I LOVE my trailer, such high quality)

Trailer is nice, great service, only 2 things I’m picky about are the welds, and the wires arnt wired very well
Edit -after owning the trailer for a little while, 3-4 months after buying the trailer, the trailer brakes stoped working, and so did the break away cable and the rear marker lights and the side ones, I included photos of what I found under almost a full roll of electrical tape, was a bundle of unprotected wires that didn’t even have heat sink, water had gotten inside and shorted them together and such, it’s the fact we live in this glorious state of salt, yet stuff like this that’s ment to be used in the rain is just exposed to the elements that gets me upset, I redid all of the wires shown and also had to redo all of the wiring under the trailer and add a new ground wire for everything to finally work, I’m not very happy with the build quality and especially the wiring, but so far the trailer itself is holding up, but it’s annoying

The employees were nice. Delivery was a horrible experience.had an appointment to take delivery of our trailer. Trailer Wasn't pulled up we were there for almost 3 hours when should of taken 45 min. Prices were good

Terrible service. They told me I could leave a deposit of $1 on line. Or leave a cash deposit. I chose the cash deposit of $200. Bret made a call and then said he had to have $250. I told him I will not need the trailer if I do not get the job. I then called the next day and asked them what the interest rate was going to be on the loan I was approved for. Never got an answer. Very shifty business. When I told him that I did not get the job and to send me my $250 he said it's not refundable. I said where and when was that stated. It's up on the wall he said. So I am suppose to read every sign hanging on the walls of a huge showroom. After complaining to The Minnesota State Attorney and threatening small claims court a check showed up delivered via FedEx. That took 6 weeks after I canceled the transaction. Complete sham. Their corporate office is in Florida. That should tell you something right there. I had to give them one star only because google made me. Should be zero stars. You have been warned. Go somewhere else up the street in Forest Lake.

Now that I tried to cash their check at Chase bank the check is drawn from an account that you can't cash it in person. You have to deposit it. Lovely. More hassles from the clowns!!

The staff was very pleasant to deal with and the service was good. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is the nearly $200 in dealer "fees" added to the final price of the trailer after we had agreed to a price (These "fees" were NOT state licensing charges). Be honest and up front about the final price.
