very friendly and on top of things as a chronic pain patient getting my meds on time is very important they always fill asap and never with any of the negative attitude I have received at the major retail pharmacies when ever I mention opioid meds

I don't make a review unless it's a really good or really bad experience. Fortunately, I had a really good experience here! I showed up past closing, believing it was 7pm, not 6pm closing time. They were kind even to help me even though it was 6:03, I was stunned. They explained it's harder to change such things than one might think on google maps. They gave me their business card with correct hours. I was shocked that my prescription that was called in maybe 3 hours earlier was ready. Also, it's a prescription that is ALWAYS out of stock at Walgreens and takes days to be filled, if that. Very nice people, I felt good supporting small instead of crooked Forest lake Walgreens. Also, during the pandemic I remember we needed specific Covid tests and rolseth was the only place that had the tests! Very pleased

BEST pharmacy ever!!! I have 2 kids, my oldest is 14. I have been a long time customer of Walgreens and Thrifty White until switching to Rolseth Drug a couple years ago.I can’t truelly express how amazing, and attentive the pharmacist are. Tom is the pharmacist who has handled any situation that came up such as “pre-oth, refill request” and so on with patience, and quickly found a solution while also handling the communication to my doctor or insurance, resolving my concern or problem before the end of the phone call.I have not even started with what I found to be “ a hidden gem “ and that is because when you walk on the store is full of the coolest MN home decor and clothing, the biggest selection of FL gear, and my favorite ( clearance corners ) with prices that make you question if the amount is correct :)The whole experience from the way you are treated and talked to ( I am a single mom with 2 kids ) I am very unorganized sometimes and every single pharmacist has always treated me with respect, and my problem with urgency if one came up and that means a lot to me given the way I have been treated or judged at other pharmacies. The prices throughout the whole store is significantly lower than anywhere else and supports the view in whole if how you are treated and viewed as a customer of RoIseth Drug.In the past I have encountered so many pharmacies that would hang up the phone, be disrespectful when questioned about something or presented with an issue that I did not know how to fix. I kept switching until I tried Rosleth and I will NEVER go anywhere else, they are stuck with a life long customer.I honestly could go on and on, I encourage anyone who wants to feel and treated with respect and kindness while handing your health and wellness to switch to Rolseth and you won’t regret it :)

You simply cannot go wrong having Rolseth as your pharmacist. They have the very best customer service you'll experience. They take such good care of you. And the store itself is packed full of items you probably need - everything from toys to crafts and yarn, from haircare to makeup, from greeting cards to jewelry and more. And they have the best pop machine out back. :-)

Awesome, fully stocked store! I needed an eyeglass repair kit and I should have counted but I'd bet there were at least 10 choices - and for just $2.50 I found exactly what I needed. Support local!

ALWAYS a bargain in some corner of this store. I feel inclined to keep this secret gem to myself! I got over $100 worth of orthopedic support for $25 from the Clearance Corner. Ask Tom where it is if you can't find it (by the greeting cards usually).
