He helped me find my shipment, found out it was damaged during shipping and got the reorder started before Home Depot's customer service could even find it! He was courteous and kind. “The last three times I've been to Home Depot it was to look at their indoor plants. I've been wanting to add to the plants I have and was looking for something different than what I had. I have been very happy each time I went to Home Depot - the selection was good, checkout was easy (self-checkout), the sales assistants were very helpful and came over right away to check on me to make sure any I wasn't having any difficulties with the check-out process. I especially have enjoyed their sales on succulents as well as their end-of-season sale where I got some excellent deals on plants. The only things I'd recommend are to expand the houseplant section, get a wider variety of plants, and do not offer artificially-dyed plants (e.g., blue or purple plants).”
