Staff at this store are all dumber than a box of rocks..They will say anything to get you to buy a phone.Go to another store to get a phone. This store doesn't accept returns.

The WORST service. The employee doesn’t acknowledge waiting customers at all. A whole line of people in here just to pay a bill, and she won’t take 30 seconds away to help move paying customers out of here faster. I understand the fact of being short staffed, but it would be nice to have customers needs acknowledged. She should be able to multitask and at least greet customers.

Was considering switching but after showing up in person and getting told to leave because they’re closed even though the doors were locked and then calling twice hours apart and no answer won’t be making that mistake
