Have had a storage unit here for a couple of years now. The units are large and well priced, location is very convenient for myself, & customer service was great. Buildings were recently upgraded with new roofs & siding. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at McCullough mini storage.

Have always been pleasant and helpful. Can't complain about the storage unit at all. Except don't get "locked in," when they say they close at 10, they close at 10!!! We got locked in once at 1006, but local police were there to help!

I have used McCullough Storage these past 4 months and my sister has rented there for over 5 years with no issues. They gave me a very fair monthly prices and Rachelle, in the office was very helpful and friendly whenever I assistance to pay my monthly bill by credit card. I see some of the negative remarks and understand that no business is perfect but for me they came through fine.

Well somebody is posting false reviews on there, because if they ever used this storage, they would not be saying anything nice. At all. Ever. Besides the white mold that coated everything I owned. Second, they have NO respect for their customers. The counter lady is rude, to put it lightly. They let people into my storage that had no business being in there etc. it was a travesty. I recommend if you need a storage DO NOT use these guys. When I say they let an unauthorized person into my storage they crossed a line. Theft occurred of items that I never got back, they were aware of it and allowed this person into my storage to steal my personal belongings, which they did, then they admitted it. because I had photographes of my things, they are awful and again I had to throw away my bed which was properly packaged, had to through it away, due to white mold, on everything even the wood. yeah good luck, keep going down the highway if you value your things.
