Been a client of this AmFam office for three years. It is a struggle to get any kind of response, and has been that way since I’ve been using them. I like AmFam, but getting the agent to respond in a timely matter is the issue. A response is usually a week on average, and requires multiple emails & phone calls. And in the end it usually requires a nasty phone call to get something done.
