“Dropped in yesterday before our River trip. Jim the coach was so nice and welcoming. He introduced himself to our group and just made sure we didn't have any questions. The class was amazing! Such a fun class. Each member was so welcoming too. We were able to chat after class with the owners Bethany and Mat. They are awesome people! HIGHLY recommend dropping in you're passing through or joining if you live in the area!”

“I just signed up about a month ago and going frequently. Clean and overall I am happy with the equipment and free weights. Doesn’t seem to busy. I think this snap just recently changed ownership which I would guess all the negative comments posted previously are from previous owners letting place go. My guess is new ownership cleaned that up quickly.”
