Literally too busy to keep track of our cars. We have dropped multiple vehicles for service, without said service being completed. We started using them just for oil changes and same issue. Here's a thought maybe use the computer that is at the front desk for booking appointments and keeping track of customers?

Brought in my ‘13 Ram 2500 for new upper and lower ball joints and was charged for 5 hours of shop time as I provided my own brand new in box ball joints which is absurd as it should be no more than a 3-4 hour job tops for a experienced mechanic and then to top it off I pulled out of the parking lot and didn’t realize till I got home that both lower ball joints that are adjustable were loose and able to be turned by hand. Very disappointing after spending near $800 for them to not even finish the job and up charge on labor. Can’t find a quality and honest mechanic no more.

They were happy to help, got us in right away and made the tire repair really fast.
I will be here in the spring to put new tires on my truck.
It will be worth the drive from Richfield.

Called to get pricing on a set of new rubber for my 3/4 ton dodge.. they had a set at a very reasonable price AND got me in the same day, while I was there I mentioned getting new rims and bam, 2 minutes later (travis?) pulled up a set on the computer and said he could have them installed with the new tires, SAME DAY at an unbeatable price!! Heck yea! and they do more than tires... absolutely will be bringing my vehicles back for all of my auto needs. THANKS GUYS! Will post pics later
