Dr. Randall is the best. Always very thorough and provides options. One size doesn’t fit all.

The only vet place that I've ever known. I trust them with my animals and I generally trust the things they sell me are actually good for my pets, not just for their pockets.
The building is always clean and usually friendly. Staff does clearly care about pets and owners.

The people there are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ruud is our favorite along with the front desk ladies?

We have used this clinic for over 16 years, They have always been great with our dogs. Our Trust has been broken. On 6/27/2024 We brought our Collie up for her annual vaccinations and check up. She was in heat at the time. We did not have our normal VET at this appointment. The Vet Misdiagnosed Our Purebred with PYOMETRA. Put urgency and fear in us that we had to have surgery done immediately. That they did not have any openings but that we should find a clinic that can do surgery. We had the surgery done the next day as recommended. Our now new vet clinic did an examination of the uterus after surgery. She did NOT HAVE PYOMETRA. After speaking to the Vet that diagnosed her she took no responsibility of her misdiagnosis.
Offered no apology, and stated she still stood on her recommendation of surgery. She took away our choice of breeding her in the future. and not to mention the cost of the surgery that we were not prepared for.

Their prices are far better then anywhere else and their staff is phenomenal. They treat your fur babies as if they were their own.

Outstanding service. They helped me with my dog Smokey who ended up passing a few weeks ago. The vet was so empathetic and kind. Even though he didn’t get put down there I was sent a card for him. So beyond thoughtful and sweet. Thank you so much for all you do!

Most caring staff and affordable prices. My pets love going here. Ok. No animal loves the vet, but they are handled with love, care, and understanding. And that makes me happy. ?

This vet team at Forest Lake is great to work with. Their schedules for appointments are long, but for my situation, it is fine.

We've taken our pets to FLVH for years. The practice has evolved and expanded over the years, but the quality of care and the relative affordability has remained. I highly recommend the entire team and staff - they love what they do and it shows in the care they provide.

We really love this veterinary hospital. We have moved further away from it and have a highly rated clinic by us but still make the drive to come to this clinic.
The staff are all very nice and caring. We tragically lost a cat and to say I was devastated is an understatement. The staff came to my car and took my baby inside to keep for cremation. I was not in a place where I could do it myself. It meant the world to me.
You need to keep in mind that it is a very busy hospital and it’s not always easy to get a quick routine appointment unless you schedule ahead. I guess that’s another way to show how great they are.
Photo is of my sweet baby Molokai, who passed away.
