Over all good experience. I asked to have to keys with the purchase and got a lot of push back and was told to wait to weeks and see if one gets mailed to them. Was really hoping they would just take care of getting me a new key before I took delivery but apparently keys are to expensive.

Very easy experience. Felt the sales person and the business office were very personable and nice.
In and out in the usual time it takes to buy a car (always too long ? ) but no different than any other time I’ve gotten a car at a dealership.
They made efforts to go above and beyond when I was getting a little hangry and the husband didn’t seem too concerned. ?
I feel confident in my purchase and didn’t leave feeling scammed or taken advantage of.

Service center was disappointing. Dropped my truck off at 9:30am tried to check in throughout the day for progress report. Could not get through to anyone for an update. 2:30pm rolls around come to find out they didn’t even look at my truck with 0 apologies said they wouldn’t get to it today. Poor service. My recommendation go anywhere else for service.

Mandi, Zach and Colton were very easy to talk to they too the time to understand what I wanted and explain the different options that were available for me to purchase. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and extra purchases that were available. I talked with a few different dealerships about this vehicle they answered th questions that I asked but there bottom line was to sell me a vehicle.I didn't get that with the people I worked with. Would buy another one from these people in a heartbeat.

Great service, very happy with my purchase! I was worried about financing, but they were able to help me and I drove home the same day in my brand new Trax! Joe in sales was great, very friendly! And Karen in finance was very helpful as well. We were there until almost 9pm and Joe still made sure to show me the features and set up my phone in the car. Thank you ?

Unreal dedication to fixing my issue. Had an issue that was quickly resolved, but then Service Engine light popped on after a few miles down the road-- had to turn around and I returned the truck. Full disclosure, I was really frustrated to have to go back, but it wasn't something that could have been foreseen. Yet, how the team stepped up to find and fix the new issue was tremendous! It was sincerely incredible. Never have I had a experience that was so on the mark--this is a place that won't disappoint!

I needed to purchase a truck, and called in advance to be sure they had it still, and ask about some features. I spoke with Logan in sales, who was so helpful, and said they'd be open until 6 and I could come look at it. I live quite a distance, and with traffic, we were getting late in the day, but we made it in time. Logan was so great. Very friendly and relaxed, and I didn't feel any pressure from him like you do with some salespeople. And Karen in finance went above and beyond to get me the best rate. They both ended up staying until well after closing to help me get the truck. I ended up coming back the next day to finish the down payment process, and they were so accommodating. They gave me honest advice on extra packages for protection to purchase, which were the exact same ones my husband had recommended. They didn't try to sell me on options I didn't need. I love the truck!! It was priced very reasonably too. (My brother, who has the same truck, asked how I got such a good deal. I told him it's because I drove all the way to Forest Lake Morrie's, and had Logan and Karen helping me). Such a great experience. I will always recommend this place to people in the future.
