Never been into Forest Jewelers before, stop in to ask some questions about a ring I had, everyone was very kind. Ended up having them switch the stone in my ring. I came in, not really sure what I was looking for. After telling them that I wasn't really sure what I was looking for & "just looking" a lady came & started asking a bunch of specific questions. I felt pressured & they didn't have many bracelets or neclaces in the cases to look at anyway, so I left. If I had come in with a more specific idea, I probably would've found her much more helpful.She also might have thought that I was casing the place & got rid of me deliberately. I do have a mustache that some might consider suspicious.

I brought my ring in to be resized, I was greeted immediately, they are so friendly and knowledgeable.When I received my ring it fit perfect and it was cleaned beautifully. They went above and beyond. If I could give more stars I would.I have been a customer of theirs for years and will continue to be. They have beautiful jewelry and have always been great about answering any questions I have. Thank you so very much for years of excellent service.

We have been to Forest Jewelers a few times now. The first time we went in was because my ring got stuck on my finger and I had to get to removed at the hospital. Forest jewelers insured me they could make it brand new again. This was so important to me because the ring was my great grandmas. They fixed it and it looked brand new. We just went in today to pick up my husbands wedding band that they cleaned and resized. They even offered to clean my ring free of charge. I would recommend Forest Jewelers to anyone I know! They do such a good job and they are so polite and nice every time.

I recently was told by a jeweler that my tennis bracelet would cost hundreds of dollars to repair. Forest Jewelers repaired it for a fraction of the cost, and it looks like I just bought it this month! I am pleased with the workmanship and love that they guarantee their work!

Extremely disappointed in the quality. Four years after having a diamond set to make a necklace, the diamond fell out with no factors impacting the integrity of the setting. Poor quality resulted ina missing diamond.

Will never go ther again. Totally ruined a 3,500 dollar ring. Brought it in to be redone they botched it sat on it for 2 yrs during the pandemic. Every time I called there voice mail was not working or there hrs were changed. When I did get there to talk to them Alex was very nice to me and very helpful. In fact she had a new design to fix the ring and make it right how ever Mom Cheryl always yelled at me for no reason. She would not let Alex fix this ring and make it right.

I was told that they did watch repair and jewelry repairs, I brought in 5 watches 1 needed a hand put back on along with a cleaning and oil, the others just needed batteries. My 1st. watch they did "NOT Do Repairs" on watches just batteries and the ones for that reason we're ready. I picked them up and 1 they couldn't get the back off but 3 they had done they charged $30.00 for them. When I got home only 1 was still ticking the next day. They called the next week and my necklace was done so I went to pick that up and was charged $70.00 for a simple solder on 1 link, that was 1/3 the cost of a new one. I gave them 1 star only for their politeness.
