EDITED 5/10/2023 JUST HAD TO PICK UP MY TRUCK FROM THE SHOP, THEY REFUSED TO DO MY SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COILS BECAUSE THERE IS A WOOD SCREW HOLDING 1 OF THEM IN IM PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW, THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL FLOYD'S DIDNT DO THIS, I GUESS THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE REASONS THEY TURNED DOWN MY TRADE IN...........OH AND IN 2 YEARS IVE GONE THROUGH 7 SETS OF FRONT HUB ASSEMBLIES they were all about buying it and committing to the trade and then all of a sudden they said no, they'll probably say it wasn't a good buy for them as an excuse don't think ill ever buy another salvaged title vehicle again its just pretty ddamn sad if you ask me can't even sell this thing private party and feel comfortable doing it.

Thank you Floyd's for your great customer service! The buying process was very up front. They were very clear it had damage before, I got pictures and he showed me in the car what they fixed. I got a steal of a deal and they were very easy to work with. I would totally buy another car from Floyd's.

Tim was a great, honest salesman. Best deal I could find anywhere. I'd recommend to anyone. He was very clear that this was a repaired vehicle. He explained the process and showed me the prior damage. He was clear that if I had any issues to talk to them and they would do there best to help me over come them while still making it known that the vehicle is used and as is. I'd be happy to buy another vehicle or recommend a freind.

This dealer is amazing. Tim and the owner have been great to work with. They walked me through every step of the sale with little to no pressure, transparent and helped me through financing making the process near painless.They followed up after the sale to see how I was doing with it and have been amazingly responsive when asking after the sale questions. Having bought a Volvo from them and getting a weird High Beam error, they attempted to resolve themselves and when they weren't able they brought in a Volvo specialist.I have an amazing car that was affordable with all the options I could imagine and I will buy from them again!

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Floyd's. Both cars had very low miles and were great bargains. I bought the first one 6 years ago and it's been a great car! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've only had one issue and it was addressed quickly.

I purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Tim back in September of 2021. I was hesitant to purchase another Salvage Titled Vehicle (my last one was re-built by a hobbiest and had various problems throughout the 6 years of ownership) but Tim assured me of the quality and standards that they rebuild their vehicles to and even went above and beyond after i discovered one of the fog lights had a crack in it after i brought it home. Tim was very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule to find a time to bring it back and ended up replacing the fog light for free. I didn't want to make this review until i had driven it for a while and had it checked out by another repair center so here I am. Currently I have put about 6,000 miles on the vehicle and recently brought it into a Subaru dealership to have regular maintenance taken care of (Oil change, tire rotation, ect), other than an needing an alignment, the repair technicians let me know that they were very impressed with how the state of the vehicle was compared to other salvage titled vehicles they have seen in the past. I am feeling good about having this vehicle for a long time! Great car and great purchasing experience!

4 months ago I bought a Buick Encore from them. There was an issue that happened immediately because of a mechanical error(not their fault). They did fix it with no cost to me. Would buy from them again.

Bad Business, bad bad vehicles! I purchased a vehicle from this place shortly after I had issues with it. I took it to a shop where they informed me that the truck needed a new motor. Don't waste your money, this place is a scam!!!

I recently purchased a 3rd vehicle from Floyds. My first car lasted 16 years. I've had the second for almost 4 and it's in fantastic shape.They do quality work on salvaged titles. I've been able to save 30-50% off blue book.They now also offer financing and a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty.I will NEVER buy from anywhere else.

The transparency was unparalleled. No hard selling at all. Incredible customer service. Tim was really great. They gave us options but didn't press. We made an appointment time and they were there. They answered all are questions and then some. My only complaint was that they didn't have coffee or a pop machine, and I need caffeine every second for survival, lol. Really though, check them out. They fix up salvages, and even showed us pics of the car we bought when it came in. Cannot say enough good about this place. I have bought a lot of used cars in my day and they sold us a car that they clearly spared no expense making perfect again, it did not take all damn day, and Tim and the receptionist were friendly as hell without being fake about it.Really, we are going to come here next time we need another car, and we always do as we run a business that requires many vehicles. When the time comes, I will look here 100% You should too. Oh, and ask for Tim, as again Tim was incredibly awesome.

I bought a car a little while back from this place, they were extremely nice and helpful but it almost seemed as they were rushing this car out the door. The car has held up but not long after buying it I had to replace the front wheel bearings, replace bulbs, and fix a few other things. I’m a college student and it’s extremely hard for me to afford this, this car should not need this much work after so little use.
