Yes the drive is far and you will second guess yourself when you get there, but let me tell you, "TOTALLY WORTH IT"!
Christian Carson's work is great and legit. His undercoating work really shows his craftsmanship and quality.
Honestly, you do not realize how good Carson Undercoating is until you compare it to other shops/dealers undercoating work. Carson Undercoating's work is just that good, really it is!
I highly highly recommend Carson Undercoating. If you love & care about your vehicle, Carson Undercoating will take care of you and your vehicle for a very very long time.
Also, shout out to Haley for her great communication, follow-up, & quick response. Carson Undercoating has great customer service and quality work, you can't ask for more.
Will be bringing all my future cars to Carson Undercoating.

Christian does quality work got to see him in action when I was dropping off my truck. Unfortunately my truck is alittle to far gone to make the undercoating worthwhile. So instead of wasting my money he stopped and informed me of the issues. I appreciated the honesty will return when I get a new truck.

I'm fortunate to have stumbled across Carson Undercoating in my search for undercoating options for my 2023 Tacoma. I knew rubberized coatings would be a mistake and didn't want to go through the annual hassle/mess of Fluid Film/Woolwax application.
The experience was great from start to finish. Haley made scheduling a breeze; Christian was friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered before and after. Most importantly, the work was phenomenal and on time. Christian went above and beyond and obviously takes great pride in his work.
I made the trip from Fargo, ND and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carson Undercoating to anyone looking for the best undercoating in the area.

My Tundra recently bit the dust due to frame rust (after already being replaced under the recall - damn Chicago winters) and I bought a third-gen Taco to replace it. I did my research to find the best possible product to prevent rust to keep her from meeting the same fate, and found the Cosmoline RP-342 that Carson uses. Every place I could find that compared it to Woolwax, Fluid Film, and every other undercoating consistently said Cosmoline blew the competition out of the water. I drove all the way from Central Illinois to have this treatment done here - Carson Undercoating is the only place that does this treatment and does it right. When we were talking while I dropped off the truck he mentioned his own personal car is a 2004-something truck, and I saw firsthand how it is still in *mint* condition. I couldn't be happier with the treatment, the service, or the price. I will sing their praises as long as I own that lil' truck.

If you're looking for some fantastic undercoat protection, look no further. I'm quite particular with others working or doing anything to my vehicles but after seeing the before and after photos from prior customers and reading their reviews, I knew this was the place to go. I 100% agree with all these 5 start reviews. Top notch service here. I will be returning with every vehicle I need this done on.
I had an undercoat protection done at a dealer years ago for another truck and the outcome compared to Christian's work was night and day difference. It'd be comparing paintings from a blind elephant (the dealer) vs Bob Ross' work.

I just had my truck in for the annual inspection. Always friendly and he does a thorough job. If you need to prevent corrosion on your vehicle I recommend Carson Undercoating.

Christian was a super nice guy and did great work as you can see in the attached before/after photos.
The only two (very minor) things that could’ve been better about my experience were:
1. The way the photos were emailed to me is weird. They combined each photo on a page so to get them to be individual photos I had to crop each one twice. This reduced the quality and makes it a little cumbersome to share with friends who I am recommending go to get their vehicle undercoated. EDIT: after seeing this review, they sent me the full quality photos via text!
2. Somehow some undercoating residue got on my windshield wipers so I had to hand wash that. Really not a big deal at all.
Bottom line is it was 100% worth the drive and my truck looks awesome. Christian and his team were awesome to work with. Great communication and accurate timeline estimates. I have already convinced a few friends/family to get on his schedule.

Dear Carson Undercoating,
I can't thank Carson Undercoating enough for rust proofing my vehicle.
I had purchased my low mileage 2005 Chevy Tahoe from a dealer in Tennessee. The dealership told me it was a rust free and garage kept vehicle. I asked them or undercarriage photos, which they sent the day I left to get the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, the undercarriage had a lot more rust than I had been told or showed in the photos. My idea of rust free maybe differentthan others. The good news is the vehicle didn't have rust on the body panels. I was very hesitant to buy the vehicle and bring it home. When I was at the dealership, I had emailed Carson undercoating some of the photos the dealer had sent. I received an email response back within a couple hours stating they could take care of the undercarriage rust. I felt confident that Carson undercoating could clean up the undercarriage of the vehicle. They had quoted me at 7-9 hours of rust cleanup by just looking at the photos I had sent, which was right on with 8 total hours. The undercarriage looks fantastic. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I plan on driving the vehicle till the wheels fall off. I would highly recommend Carson Undercoating to anyone looking to rustproof their vehicle.

I cannot thank Carson Undercoating and their team enough for taking on the project for my "new to me" Ram. I'm blown away by the attention to detail and quality of work! The previous owner definitely did neglect the truck as evidence with mud, dirt and weeds being caked in the frame and body panels. This could not have been an easy project, but Carson Undercoating is NOT your average undercoating company! I'm super happy with the results and highly recommend anyone to send their vehicles towards Christian and his team! I will definitely be coming back again!! Thank you!

Brought my Escalade by to have the frame scale stripped and undercoated. He went the extra mile and even removed the running boards and mud flaps to make sure the rockers were sufficiently coated. Carson did an amazing job, and would highly recommend his work to anyone. Definitely worth the drive up from the cities!

Christian and Haley were both professional, courteous, and prompt to answer any questions. Christian's work is immaculate. It looks like how I would expect a stock truck to look, even though ours is 20 years old. He is very thorough and quite obviously knows what he's doing. Will definitely be recommending him!We are so glad we chose Carson Undercoating over a competitor that we were considering.
