I come here a multiple times a year, and will continue to come here. The products are great and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The new location is easy to navigate, and shows a commitment to growth in the community! However the elderly lady at checkout is always a horrible experience, every time, so be ready for that.

Nice selection of trees and plants. I only wish they sold annuals here. Large selection of bulk materials. The people I've dealt with here seem pretty nice. I'll definitely come back for more stuff.

Do not ever ever shop here. I had an unpleasant experience. I purchased a marble bench from the sales associate and then I leave and get a phone call from the owner saying I need to bring it back because it was sold at the wrong price. This was a gift for a family member and I had to ask for the gift back because the owner call me and said I had to return it or pay another $500 dollars because of their incompetent training. If they would have labeled the item with the pricing, we wouldn’t be in the situation. Completely embarrassed and unsatisfied!! So shop here, don’t trust the pricing so unethical and to top it off. The owner hung up on me when I was extremely pleasant and cooperative. Immature and so unprofessional!! a person that hangs up the phone and someone knows they’re in the wrong!

Beautiful selection of trees and plants that are well maintained with fair prices. Staff very helpful in locating a tree and helping to load it into my vehicle.

Browsed the nursery for ideas to work into my landscape. I was approached twice by friendly staff, not pushy, who were ready to assist and answer questions. As AH-Nold says “I’ll be back!”.

They have alot of diffrent material and landscape supplies. However everytime I go to the store. The employees are rude and seem entitled for some reason. The last few employees I seen here told me it was a toxic work environment and now I can see why. Even walking in with a great attitide these guys find a way to tick you off.

Super helpful and knowledgeable people! I stopped in for some grass seed to patch some bare spots and they were eager to help me buy, and not buy, the right seed for the time of year. Watching the few customers in front of me, Transaction size doesn't seem to matter for how helpful they were to others. Big or small - friendly and helpful finding what you need.They have a large parking lot they you can pull through with a trailer which I appreciate! A lot of materials and plants too!

The Team at Applewood Nursery are amazing.They have gone above and beyond to help my Daughter with her Eagle Scout Project. They guided her to choose the right products for her project.Super helpful and friendly staff.Simply can not say enough about Applewood Nursery and Staff!!!

A wonderful staff lady who said she owned her own landscaping business at one time helped us select all our plants for the front of our new construction home 3 years ago. Everything looked beautiful the first season! Since then, all the plants (Bushes, hostas, arborvitae) except one have died now. The first one to die off, the very next season after purchasing, we brought back to the store hoping they would replace it for us or at least store credit, full or partial. They were very helpful trying to figure out why it died, but couldn't figure that one out, and wouldn't do anything for us to compensate for the loss. The plant was almost $100. The next year 3 more plants died off and this year one is looking sickly. All the other plants we bought from another local nursery are all doing great. I feel Applewood's prices are on the high side, the plants should come with at least a 2 year warranty at their price point. We now travel to the cities to buy all our plants because if you are a purple perk member (hint, hint) you get a 2 year warranty, no questions asked. We have been gardening for over 30 years and take much pride in caring for all our plants and yard. We're dismayed Applewood doesn't stand behind their plants anymore than the big box stores as we would rather support a local business.

Apple wood Nursery seems to have higher prices than most nurseries, their apple trees currently are 99.99 dollars each and have Japanese beetle bites over most of the leaves. don't buy from here!!

Purchased over $1,000 in landscape plantings last fall. At the time we were told everything was under 1 year warranty (we specifically asked). This spring 1 of our 2 hibiscus didn't come back. When we planted last fall it was the one that turned yellow and lost its flowers right away so you could tell it got stressed from the transplant. Last fall I called and was told to wait until spring to see if it comes back. This spring I called and was told to wait until June. In early June I called and was told to wait a couple more weeks. Now I just called and was told it's not covered under warranty. The basically said the other people I talked to have me misinformation and they're not responsible. And here I was telling neighbors to go there and promoting them. No more, I will take my business and the rest of our landscaping elsewhere. Very poor customer service
