Timing chain repair was needed-- no small task! The communication regarding the time, cost, parts and process to repair were explained very well after the initial diagnostics and before I committed to the work. I made the 'informed' decision to go forward with the repair. These folks are not only great communicators, but exceptional mechanics. Andy's is a family-owned business that does amazing work! They are trustworthy, and will give it to you straight. There is no one else I would trust to work on my vehicles. They have super knowledgeable mechanics that are willing to explain things to you so you understand what is wrong with your vehicle, and/or The work they will be doing.
