If I could give this business no stars and still leave a review that's what it would get! Abest was amazing when owned and run by Del!!!! At that point I could not say enough good things about it. Since the business has been bought out and ran by another company they have been near impossible to reach via phone. When we were finally able to get a hold of someone and set an appointment we asked on the phone if they would honor previous payment agreements that we had with Del when having our taxes done and it didn't seem like it would be a problem. We wasted an hour of our time driving only to be told they would not. Rude and a complete waste of time! They've lost our business and I'll be sure to let others know of the change in business procedures.

Abets taxes is easy to get an appointment but seem to hammer out tax returns without much attention to detail. They were unable to back up statements with facts and I ended up choosing to take my return to someone else $125 poorer, an hour of my life lost and with a tax return still on need to be filed.

Great company! Very professional, and courteous. Very easy to contact to get an appointment. Also. i am very pleased with the refund. Del went the extra mile to help with my taxes! I will be returning to A-BEST TAX again this year. Highly recommended!

Sheri in Cambridge has done our taxes the last two years, I have to say it has been wonderful. The rate is reasonable and they really try hard to get you all the deductions you deserve and give you the information needed to maximize your refund. Sheri goes above and beyond for us, thank you!
