We had someone coming to are house on on September 28th. To clean our furnace. The tech that we had Tristen Vazquez was very nice and willing to meet my dogs. He said he was a dog person. So that really helped. He was comfortable to talk to. He was very thorough on cleaning our furnace and checking our gas stove out too. I have been a customer for Superior feel for years. Even when they come and fill my tank up they're always very nice.

Lars was very friendly and helpful with our tank install! He knew his job well and was very informative. He was also very nice to our corgi who was very curious about his equipment. Very happy to join the Superior Fuel family!

It was very easy to switch to Superior Fuel! It was fast and Lars was very polite. He swapped out the tank and fix our propane line that had a leak. Superior Fuel was recommended to me by many people and I'm happy with my choice to switch. We're saving a lot of money per gallon compared to Amerigas that has terrible prices and even worst customer service. Highly recommend!

Tank installed June 26, 2023. Wayne, the tech that did the work was very professional, and very friendly. He took time to explain the whole process to me. No problems were encountered.

My experience with Superior Fuel (SF) has been First Class! For example, I was in the process of installing a generator at home. I contacted SF regarding getting a larger propane tank. The new tank was soon after installed and the service person also performed an important preventative maintenance issue on the same day. After the generator was physically installed, SF installed the propane connection to the generator. I’ve connected SF staff many times and whether it was by phone or thanking the delivery driver, or observing service people, they’ve all been very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! Well done Superior Fuel!

Lars was efficient, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time! He explained everything thoroughly, covering all the bases and being kind as heck while doing so. If you cloned him, your employee base would be unstoppable.
