Business hours are 9-5 M-F including drive upNot open on weekendsATM is out of service more than it's workingMeaning if you want to do any banking or get access to to your money you have to either do it on your lunch break, take time away from your work or use another ATM and pay a surchargeI gave 1 star for the employees, they're always polite.You're better off banking across the street at Bell Bank

Visited Fergus Falls from Southern California. Went to this bank 3 times within a week and always received great customer service, especially from Molly. On my 2nd visit she remembered my name and by my 3rd visit, I felt like I was talking to an old friend.

Bad experience.? My husband had over 300 in change and only got around 280 in cash. I thought my husband was crazy for saying they shorted us. They do charge 8% for cashing change if you don't have an account with them, which was not posted anywhere. I have an account there and they did not ask. I mentioned depositing some to my husband, but I guess the teller didn't hear me. They sure did short us and I only found out about the charge because I went to the Alexandria Wells where it is clearly posted.

The ATM isn't the easiest to access from a vehicle. The staff is always asking if you wanna open a new account, or open a new credit card. Very lacking in trust!
