I moved here from Michigan and usually get my prescription filled at Walgreens. However, without insurance Walmart was the cheaper option. So last month when I got my generic Adderall filled for the first time ever taking it, I noticed some adverse effects I thought nothing of it. I thought I just had to get used to being on the generic. All was well. This month also there was issues with my prescription getting stuck in the queue, which I left a good review for because the technicians did an excellent job, contacting my doctor and making sure I got my medication. This was on the 11th.However, furthermore, this patch I received was 1000 times worse I woke up this morning. My heart was racing. I was sweating I could barely breathe. I was stuttering and slurring my speech. So confused, and in a daze I walked around my house, looking for my bathroom,I called the pharmacy in an absolute panic and said, I’m having an adverse effect and an emergency with my medication. and said, I’m having an emergency I need to speak with the pharmacist why don’t I fax your doctor I said no you need to call my doctor and I need to get switched over to the name brand or another generic. The name brand was too expensive and they did not have another generic .Only Epic Pharma which by the way it’s being sued because of similar situations So my doctor called me in a prescription to Walgreens, who carries a different generic.Teva . I tried to bring my prescription back. Prescription I was told no I was looked at like I was a drug addict because I was a mess. I’ve been on Adderall for 20 years and never had an experience like this. Not once during any of the three encounters today with a Walmart Pharmacy did anybody ask me are you OK? You should go to the hospital will call your doctor right away. I’m so sorry this is happening or did they recommend I take an antihistamine or anything I literally called them in a panic and said I’m having an emergency. What do I do at the end of the day it is that pharmacist responsibility to make sure that the medication is dispensed me is safe for me to take and it clearly was not. I contacted customer service and told them I’m coming up there to get my money back and they said fine upon going up to the store. I was looked at the same and told to leave they’re not giving me my money back I’ve been received a phone call from a Fergus Falls Police. Because I guess they thought I was going to come back up there and cause a problem because I was being rude but I was literally off my medication. This is unethical. This was a horrible experience and I will never ever be back to Walmart again I’ve contacted corporate. I’ve let them know my story. I really cannot believe this. Honestly we can’t even trust the pharmaceutical companies anymore or expect the pharmacist to do anything about it. My other concern was also for other people that may be receiving the same generic. It has massive adverse effects none of which I was worried about so I am going to get tapered off my meds and I’m definitely will never be back to Walmart again . You guys are in the medical field have a heart and quit looking at everybody like there a drug addict. I have every pill I should have I do not overtake them, and I never have.

Ignore the bad reviews, there's a MASSIVE labor shortage in the pharmaceutical industry (the corporations keep the teams too small and don't pay enough) and they're trying their best. The team here is made up of incredibly helpful and wonderful people. I've literally never had a pharmacy work so closely with me before.

What a joke. Recently, Walgreens Pharmacy was down to ONE Pharmacist, so the Pharmacy portion was closed by 6pm every weeknight and closed on the weekends; when the Pharmacist took what was probably a much-earned vacation for a week, the Pharmacy portion was closed COMPLETELY - they didn't even have a fill-in. This is a complete and utter failure at what their main purpose is. Finally, they hired another Pharmacist, but, apparently, that only lasted a couple of months, because, guess what, here we are AGAIN. It's now the middle of winter, and Walgreens only has one Pharmacist. I have an idea - TREAT YOUR PHARMACISTS BETTER (Walgreens is rated as one of the worst in the industry)! Time to move pharmacies and to work on the City getting us a functional pharmacy.

We were out of state and needed a prescription refill. We were able to easily get prescriptions sent up to this location and insurance ran without any issues. The pharmacy staff was extremely polite, helpful, thorough, and professional.

I have just been on hold on the phone for over half an hour, waiting for someone to answer. It is quicker for me to walk down there. Please hire some people to help there . Two people just can't do the job.

If you are a masochist, I would suggest you use the Fergus Falls, MN, Walgreens, otherwise, take your business elsewhere. Where does one start with such an utter failure? OK, count your prescriptions when you get them home - I've been shorted multiple times and they're attitude regarding is "Oh, woops" which is of no comfort and then I have to travel back and pick up the meds they have shorted me (some of the prescriptions they've shorted me have been very expensive); their

Not impressed with the customer service. I walk up to the RX counter and the pharmacist standing 2 feet in of me completely ignores me, soon a pharmacy technician walks up to the counter right directly in front of me doesn’t acknowledge me standing there even after I said hello. All I had was a simple question. I stood there a bit then left. All they had to do was say “someone will be right with you.” UNBELIEVABLE!

I tried out Walgreens a long time ago when they first opened in Alexandria. I was not impressed... always out of Rx, rude, 20 questions, and long waits! At my usual pharmacy in Alexandria, I have never had problems or concerns. They know my name, my Rx's are always done when they say they will be, I've never waited over 5 minutes to get a last minute fill and never worried about Rx or costs. Being a "big chain" pharmacy like Walgreens means they will charge you 3 times as muc
