I recently purchased my third vehicle from Quality Toyota in Fergus Falls. The people there have always made it an enjoyable experience. Monte is amazing to work with to get the right vehicle for me always without pressure and genuinely interested in what is best for me. In addition the service department is ready to give you the best service. I highly recommend.

This business is not trustworthy. They sold me a vehicle in October of 2020. In spring of 2021 that the air conditioning unit had a leak. There was a sticker under the hood from Perham Automotive noting that the system had leak detecting dye added in August of 2020. I contacted my salesperson, Ryan Jorud. I asked if it was covered under the basic warranty. Ryan told me at the time of purchase every vehicle comes with a basic warranty. At this time, he said that there is NO WARRANTY. He reminded me I signed forms acknowledging it was "AS IS". He also said because I didn't purchase their additional warranty, it is my problem. I also had Quality Toyota's mechanic inspect the car before I signed the contracts. This was a pre-existing issue, but there is NO WARRANTY regardless of what the salesperson tells you. The bottom line is that Quality Toyota had no problems with selling me a vehicle with defects, and they won't have any problems selling one to you. If you have any issues, know you will be on your own. Buy here at your own risk.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is always quick and efficient. The waiting area is pleasant. Overall a very good experience.

I've been there twice. First time for a front end collision with a deer in a RAV4. That came back looking brand new. The second time with an older 4Runner that had a dented tailgate and damage around a rear wheel well. That turned out great too, and they touched up a few spots elsewhere. I live 45 miles away, but the results have justifired the trips.

Another excellent service visit to QT! Quick & efficient and friendly and helpful. I asked for quote for new tires & they were honest and told me I had plenty miles left and if wait til October I could get a better deal! And they washed my car after my oil change! Love this place and all the wonderful staff!

Steve A in special finance was amazing. No shame here. He was upfront. Honest through the whole process. Leveled with me about what was in my best interest. From the moment I entered the dealership until I closed the deal never once felt like I was a bad person because of my credit challenges. Drove out in a great Toyota. Thank you Steve for everything.

Totally great experience! The young man who did my service was a pleasure (Colton?) Super friendly, courteous & did a great job. Their waiting area is so comfortable. My only problem was their coffee was terrible & no plain cream to put in it(not an issue, though). I will definitely get my service with them from now on & will recommend themto friends.

Love the service here! Ryan Jorude was so patient while I changed my mind 3 times on what type of car I wanted. But let's face it.....who doesn't love a new car when there are so many wonderful cars to choose from. My 2018 Corolla will be a great car for years to come. I love the 2 years of service that comes with the new car. So glad we have such a great dealership in our town.

Thank you Jamie and the Saturday service staff. Last Saturday, I was packing my Corolla for a road trip to the cities. I noticed oil on the floor and called Quality's service department around 10:00AM. Jamie stated that their schedule was all booked for the day. I explained my situation and Jamie said to bring it in and they would look at it. To shorten up the story, Jamie and your staff diagnosed and fixed the problem and I was on my way by 12:30. I have been a satisfied customer for over 10 years and at least 4 vehicles. This reinforces my extreme satisfaction with Quality Toyota. Customer satisfaction seems to be engrained in your culture!! Keep up the good work.
