They did my mother's, fathers and most recently my husband's funeral. Very pleased with everything. They did an EXCELLENT job. Al, Lisa and Nikki were so friendly and were very concerned about the family. Couldn't find a more caring group. Just like family.

Dustie, I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the charges. I believe we are very competitive with other cremations fees in our county. Our charges reflect the extra measure of service and care that your family received, that isn't usually found in lesser expensive establishments. Guy Olson - Owner

Price gouging when you choose the cremation service. We paid $3500 and in the cities ares they charge $1200. Just because it is a small town does not mean they should charge people who are already grieving this ridiculous price. I am extremely disappointed.

This funeral home has been so incredibly kind and helpful to us in our time of need. I can’t imagine what I would have done without their compassionate and professional expertise. Everyone I interacted with was very nice but Robbie really went above and beyond to help guide me and my family through this difficult time and helped my dad find his peace. I can’t say thank you enough and if I could give them 10/5 stars I would! Thank you so, so much.

Their website has an entire page dedicated to services for pets, including cremation ( it's not clear, when you're looking for something in a time of grief, that those big headers on the page are for services they DON'T offer. My cat just died. When I called them just now to ask about this, the unsympathetic woman who answers their phone kind of sniffed condescendingly and said "we don't offer services for pets". I said it's right on your website, an entire page about your pet services, and she said she'd have to look into that, and insisted again that they don't work with pets. This place is misleading on their website format in the services they offer. They also hire people who are rude and don't know the website well.

They are an amazing place. They've handled multiple family of mine and have done an amazing job every time. They're truly caring and handle so many things during your difficult time. And the newly remodeled area is truly great.
